 + -1 moreOur old water softner started leaking and it was found that the valve head was going bad so we opted to have the whole thing replaced and purchased a new softer with a computer controlled valved head for the softner. Thomas Mechanical personnel were prompt and curtious and installed the system and set it up. We did have to call them back to adjust the settings once because it seemed to not be cycling as often as it should. They came out and made the adjustments and did not charge us additional fees. Very professional and easy to deal with. A grade a company in my book. Roy
Description of Work: Serviced needed were the removal and replacement of the water softner system for our house. Replaced the media cylinder and valve head, and the brine tank. All equipment was tied in and the computer head was set up and turned on.
