In fact, they did such a good job, I contacted Alberto the next summer to build a deck. Another great job! My wife and I are really impressed with the work and knowledge that Alberto and his crew showed us. Highly recommended!"

Topsoil should go down first. If the topsoil is next to your house, make sure the grade slopes away from the house to keep water from pooling against your foundation and possibly leaking into your basement or crawl space.
