+ -1 moreIt went terrible All four wheels were left dirty all four wheel wells were left untouched half the rear seat was left untouched lower door stills were left dirty along with running boards half of the dash was left untouched staff was rude and snarky they informed me customer service wouldn’t do anything they told the truth there but they did offer to do a spot touch up with a bottle of windex

Description of Work: Had a car detailed inside and out and Ziebart did a fabulous job. We happened to get lucky and got the service for half price due to a sale soit was only $220, but would hate to pay the normal rate of $440

+ -1 moreWe use them once a year. With the purchase, we had it free for three years. We like them and they do a good job. We haven't had anything bad about them. They are very efficient. They work with their customer's schedule.

+ -1 moreReceived a call that the covered cleaning was not removing a pitch like substance on exterior surface so upgraded to diamond cleaning. Saw that it needed to be done so I appreciated the call before extra charges were occurred.
Description of Work: Truck was under warranty so took it in for covered benefits. Washed and checked undercoating and cleaned exterior.
