I have used Zebra landscape for various projects and yard maintenance over the years including installation of patio pavers, annual maintenance of our irrigation system, mulching of flower beds, and lawn mowing services. I have used them the past two years for mowing services throughout the year. While a bit more expensive than hiring your neighbor's son, they are very professional taking care of all mowing, edging, and clean-up activities on a weekly basis.

Zebra does an excellent job. Their people are friendly, professional, and most of all, caring. This is a new snow removal contract for me, and the first time using this vendor. They aren't the first out to plow, but they are the best. My daughter's car was parked in the drive and the Zebra guy dug her car out by hand after a large snow storm. Most would plow around it and leave it stuck. They were great at returning for repeat plowings as the snow continued for several days. They were careful to not harm the landscaping and to make sure the snow piles were placed where they would not obstruct any neighbors. They even plowed a perfect pad for the mailman to access the mailbox. After repeated plowings, my drive has not diminished in width as it had with another service. Andy Fristoe, owner, came by to provide a quote for plowing and potential landscape services about 6 weeks ago. He parked in the street and grabbed the empty trash bin still at the curb and brought it up to the house. We discussed the plowing and walked the yard to look at the scope of work. At one point he got a saw from his truck and cut a large limb that had been damaged in a storm and was a dangling eye sore. But, he became my hero when my dog brought him a dead field mouse, which he gently took from her and disposed of in a ravine. (I do not do rodents!) All this was before I had even received a quote or contracted for any services. I'm impressed with Zebra's work and look forward to seeing what we can do this spring in terms of landscape maintenance and improvement.

in and she They are very unprofessional . I called them the first time and spoke to receptionast she told me some one would come out and give me quote on cutting my yard. A week later no word form them. I called again and spoke to the same person. She once again told me her boss would come out and call me with a estimate the next day. No call. Called back again was told i would get a call back soon. Surprise no call back. I will not beg some one to let me give them my buisness. If this is how they treat you now what happens when i am a customer.

As scheduled (on Saturday), the worker stopped by our house to turn on the irrigation system, but could not find the switch, so failed to turn it on. Before leaving, he asked for $57 service fee which I refused to pay because of no work (we scheduled to pay $75 for turning on the system). The worker told me that he did not have right tools to identify the switch, and he would call us to make appointment for another visit to our house. Later on, my wife called them but no one answered. The next Tuesday afternoon, my wife found out the worker working on our irrigation system without noticing us. He claimed that he has worked on our system since 11am. He dug the irrigation blow-up area (we later on found out that he indeed damaged it) but figured out the switch is inside the well but not the blow-up area. He did some repairs to the system. I got home and told him that we did not expect any repair to that specific area which we are considering to replace all pipes (as our neighbor might broke many parts of the system when working on their house project). This is the most ridiculous company I have ever known.

The driveway repair was technically simple, power washing and resetting brick. It took two days. The employee doing the job pointed out that our original request would cost $200 in materials, and suggested a change which we adopted. The brick repair he suggested, turn the dirty bricks over rather than buying new ones, worked beautifully as matching the color was hard.

Will not use due to unresponsiveness.

They did a very nice job. They were very professional.

We have been customers of Zebra for many years. Andy and his crews do a great job of making our yard look great. We get frequent compliments and we recommend Zebra to our friends without hesitation. We've also hired Zebra for the design and implementation of hardscape (pavers and planters) and landscape plantings, and have been very happy with the results.

The scheduled service went exactly as hoped. They arrived on time, toured the property to make sure they were covering everything we requested, completed the work in a timely manner and did a thorough clean up. Everything about the service was exemplary.

They did an excellent job. They finished the work on time and on budget.
