From our first meeting to select a door to installation, everything went well. So many choices for a door! Once we made a selection, we were kept posted on the status of the door. Great communication on the part of Window Universe! The day the door was installed, the workers were professional and personable. I wasn't home, but my husband was very pleased with the care the men took to install the door properly, skillfully remedying problems from the installation of the original door.

The installers arrived to take measurements a day or so later. We were told it would be 4-6 weeks from the time we placed the order until the actual installation. Each week we received an email with the status of our windows. Near the installation date, we received instructions on how to prepare the area around the windows to help the installers. The installers arrived and had the 8 windows and door replaced in a little over 7 hours. They cleaned up after the installation and showed us the features of the new windows. Piece of cake! We were surprised at the difference we noticed immediately in how the windows have made the house so much quieter. The annoying sound of dogs barking is practically gone! We're thrilled with the ease of operation of the windows and that I'll be able to clean both sides without having to go outdoors. Lots of nice features, including reduced energy bills! . I definitely recommend Window Universe. High marks for professionalism, communication/responsiveness, and quality of product. We will be replacing our front door after some foundation work is done and definitely plan to contact Window Universe Lafayette.

We had heard of Window Universe from a friend that had replaced all her interior windows and new windows and sliders put in their sun room. They were so impressed with the service, the window, and the sliders that they put in that they suggested we give them a call. We also are very happy with our slider. It is heavier and more tight then our old one. It just feels so much better made then what we had. Drew was great to work with. He got back to us timely and understood our needs. I will recommend them to anyone.
