The girl in the office misrepresented things. I thought I was going to get a complete house cleaning in the time allotted. The gal that they sent here had like 4 hours to do the house. She left without doing the kitchen and laundry room. She was a good worker. That wasn't the problem. It was the gal in the office. They should be honest and upfront. They should send the right number of people to do the job. The gal that came to do the work was good but the bad was the gal in the office.

I used them for 5 years, but recently cancelled my service because they became unreliable. At first a team of cleaners would come and they did a fine job. Then recently they contacted me to raise the rates and I agreed. Shortly thereafter they started sending out just one person who had trouble getting finished on time. The final straw was the second time nobody showed on the appointed day, leaving me in the lurch when I had company coming.

They cleaned for me before, it is just that they could not get this scheduled for when I need it.

Exactly what we wanted from a cleaning service. Very thorough with good attention to detail & respect for our belongings & furniture.

I have nothing bad to say about them! They do a great job cleaning and always arrive when they say they are going to. I think the price is pretty fair and they are very responsive whenever I have a question. I like that I can even pay them online and they always send me an email reminder a few days before they come out!! I also get a comment card each time they are here, and it has a stamp on it already, so I just fill it out and drop it in the mail.

Two employees arrived on time and were let into the house to clean. The cleaning was not supervised. Returned to the property later that evening to find a note that they did not clean any of the floors (including rooms they stated were "done"), windows or light fixtures. I was never contacted and asked if I wanted them to stay longer and finish the cleaning or given an estimate of how much more time it would have taken them to complete their tasks. Not a single room in the house is ready for a new resident. No explanation as to why it took them 4 hours to clean two toilets that were already clean, shower (new), bathtub with all new fixtures, 3 sinks, 1 refrigerator and 1 stove. This business will not come out and assess the job before they send their cleaners and they do not give estimates. They do not stand behind their agreements to complete a job as requested. I have hired professional cleaners previously. The work completed by this business was substandard and very disappointing.

They do everything I ask, I just sometimes have to ask for specific things. They are inconsistent in the cleaning in that some weeks they dust everything, other weeks, they do not.

They were above excellent. I trust them completely in my apartment, to the point where I would leave when they were there. The staff was also very professional. John, the owner, of the company is very nice. I highly recommend this company to other.

They were very accommodating with getting a cleaning scheduled with short notice. Similar to another review, I also was told three cleaners would arrive. Unfortunately for the other two girls, the third one didn't show up. Because of this, they were not able to clean my entire home and had to come back a few days later. They were again accommodating with this. Unfortunately, this postponed some of my moving. Overall, they did a good job. I was hoping they would be a little more thorough, but it was still a good job and I appreciate the cleaning on such short notice.

There were supposed to be two girls for two hours. One girl showed up on time. She ended up calling the owner, John, and letting him know the second girl did not show up. She was informed there was a serious family emergency. She had a prior engagement that evening, and I offered for her to come back and finish the next day, as it was not her fault that the other girl had an emergency and was not able to come. Instead, this girl called and made arrangements to stay the full four hours in order to finish the job, after making sure the time wouldn't be a problem for me. I thought she went above and beyond her job in doing that. She did an immaculate job cleaning my home. She was very detailed in her cleaning, she cleaned the blinds, ceiling fans, baseboards, dusted and cleaned all pictures, and wall decor. I am very particular about cleaning and communicated this to the girl that was cleaning and she assured me that that she would take care of all if my needs and she certainly did!

Most everything was done as requested. After pointing out a few missed spots, the next time they came back they took care of that as well.

This company sent someone to give me an estimate and then never called or contacted me again. They are a complete waste of time

Performed all services as requested/when requested. Occasionally cleaners miss something, but make sure to redo when requested.

They are timely, professional, and supply all the products needed. They use green cleaning products as well. They also come after hours and are detailed oriented.

1. John ( the owner) came to give me the quote January 9,2012. He and an assistant walked through the home with me and asked questions as to what I was looking for in a cleaning service. They were very polite and seemed nice to do business with. We have 2 dogs and they were there ( on leashes) and we talked at length about dog hair on the floor. Our Sheltie was shedding a lot at that time, so they were very aware of the dogs. 2.Their first cleaning was Jan.27,2012 and there was 2 girls that came. This was and extra $25 because it was a "deep" cleaning their first visit. It took them about 3 hours. We had the dogs on their leashes and my husband and I staying in the office while they were cleaning. They would service our house every other week. 3. The next visit, one of the girls that came the first time came again and brought another person that I was told would be the one cleaning my house from that point on. I was told she had only been with the company a few days but was a friend of the other girl. Again, my husband and i stayed in the office while they cleaned. 4.The next visit the new girl was by herself and it took her 4 hours to clean the house. I did notice that she was on her phone alot. She was very talkative to us and would just stop what she was doing and carry on a conversation off and on the entire time she was here.This became the norm from that time on. The one thing that did change was that I would sit in the living room to observe her working and boy was I surprised!!! When dusting 2 long tables I have that display items of mine, not one item was picked up while dusting. While mopping my hallway, the runner or rug in front of the door was not picked up. Just like most all the other times I noticed she would be on her phone a lot.I also noticed that she was not taking out the trash at the end of cleaning. She was to dust my blinds one visit and the next visit dust my baseboards( this was never done) only the blinds got dusted every visit.5. In May, the company was sending 2 girls to clean the house because it was taking so long for this girl to finish. It cut the visit time in half.The only bad thing with this was, the original girl would stop what she was doing to talk the the person that came to help. That person kept on working while talking.Also, the original girl, would re-clean what the other girl had just cleaned( not paying attention to what was going on )6. In early June I needed to cancel a cleaning, when I called John answered the phone. He said he was glad I called, because he was going to call me. He stated that he needed to up the rate for our cleaning, because it was taking so long per visit. He also stated that they were having to take a lot of time to clean my floors. At this point I told him I was not to happy with this conversation because he was the one that gave me the quote and we had a conversation about the dogs at that time, and to give me a couple of days to think about it.7. John called back with in the hour to talk some more about the issue. At this point ( without coming out and saying it) he hinted that I didn't clean in between visits ( cleaning the floors). I told him I didn't pay $500 for a vacuum cleaner not to use it and yes we vacuumed in between cleaning. This really got me mad. At this point I told John about what I observed from his cleaning crew. I told him that if our girl wouldn't spend so much time talking on her phone, to us, and to everyperson that came with her, she might be able to get the job done faster. I also pointed out all the other issues listed above.8. I informed John that I would not be using his service any longer.

We recently hired White Glove as our regular house cleaning service. I was immediately impressed by the fact that the owner personally called me to schedule a quote and has kept in regular email contact since. They have certainly been affordable, about 1/2 the price that we were previously paying for another national-brand service. The quality of the clean has been good, not perfect, but pretty darn good. Plus they will perform some extra services such as windows that other businesses charge extra for. All in all, I'm satisfied so far.

They do a very good job and are here when they say they will be.
