On time, efficient, absolutely zero complaints. He needed to cut back some of the existing copper added Shark Bite couplers and flex hose. Took old heater, all the packaging, etc.. with him. Great service all around.

The furnace tech surprised me with his report that my water heater was leaking. I called the number and spoke with Jeremy. He didn't dispatch anybody to come later; he came himself and got it replaced the same day. Rated as the "strangest one ever," he had to lay the broken and replacement water heaters down to drag them through a crawl space sized opening. No protests, no complaining, he just got it done. Very professional.

Jeremy Wheeler was quick, efficient, and professional! He was also helpful in giving me advice and pointers relating to the plumbing around my water heater. Jeremy replaced my water heater the same afternoon that I called. He said the replacement/installation should take less than 90 minutes; he had it finished in less than 60!

I call Hater Heater Express based on previous reviews. Jeremy Williams took my call and after I explained that I needed to replace my 18 year old water heater, he asked what time of the day would be best to come out and take care of my replacement. He explained that he liked to provide same day service and any hours I would be available would work for him. We agreed to meet at my house at 3:30pm and he estimated that the time to replace my water heater with a new one would take about an hour. He also provided an all-inclusive price to remove and haul away the old water heater, install a new unit. In short, Jeremy arrived on time, completed the install in under an hour and charged my as per his original quote. I highly recommend Water Heater Express of Lafayette.

Discovered my water heater had went out over night and was leaking all over my garage. Called Water Heater Express out of the blue at 8 a.m. and they were at my door by 9:30. After assessing the situation and taking a few measurements I was given an estimate which was right in align with what I was thinking I would be spending. So, I told them to go ahead and do it. The tech said he was going to go get my new heater and asked if I could move a few things. Seems like I just got done moving stuff and he was back already, very quick. Now, my water softener was in his way too so he had to disconnect it and move it out of his way. All in all he was on his way by 11:45! This includes going to get the water heater, disconnecting and moving the water softener, installing the heater, reinstalling the softener, getting the unit going, clean up, and informing me as to how everything works. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Water Heater Express and I would definitely use them again. A++ job guys!

went well, showed up a little late but called ahead. did not go with the dreaded AM or PM option so I was appreciative of my time. Prepared when he arrived and completed the job and left no mess hauled away the old one. no surprises on the cost.

I called him when my water heater was leaking, they arrived very promptly within an hour or two, the guy that was here was very courteous, very professional. He agreed that my heater was on its last leg, I said well, let's talk about price. We agreed on a price and, he assured me it was a good deal. He had a little trouble draining the previous water heater but he got it. He removed and brought the new one in, have not had a bit of trouble with it. They steered me right and no problems, A all across the board.

Came within a hour of call and gave me the best price quote. Installed new water heater and it works great!

I called at 4:30 on a Saturday because I found my water heater had failed. Came out to look at it within 20 minutes, suggested replacement, was out with a new one within the hour. Replaced old until in about 1.5 hours. Amazing. Price was reasonable, work quality was great, both guys were nice and explained things as they went along. I will definitely use Water Heaters Express again and suggest them to friends.

I called on Monday morning and made an appointment for Monday afternoon. Based on my description of the problem, they brought along a new appropriately-sized water heater during their first visit to my house. They were professional, respectful, and explained all the things that needed to be done. Pricing was fair and better than one other highly-rated plumber on Angie's List that we received a phone estimate with. They replaced the water heater within a few hours, and they honored the Angie's List coupon. Overall an excellent job. Recommended.

He was recommended by another service and he was prompt, did the job, explained what he wa going to do based on what happened. I was happy with his work and it really didn't take a long time to accomplish. I would use his services again.

Called late afternoon August 4, about 4:00 PM Service man arrived before 10:00 AM August 5. About 20 minutes later than scheduled but he called ahead to inform me of the delay. This was during the I-65 detour and massive traffic disruptions. Job finished about noon. Minimal cleanup necessary.

They were friendly and professional both on the phone and in person. We had bought and scheduled an install from Lowe's on Thurs pm. They said we would be the first on the schedule. When I called on Fri. am. they said someone would be calling me. A couple hours later Lowe's called back to see if the installer had called. I said no. The installer. Kirby, called a bit later and said they could have someone out on Sat. between 1-4. I was not happy. I called Lowe's and asked if they had another installer. They said they didn't. I said we would never bought from them if I knew it was going to take almost 2 days to get service. I suggested they look at a different installer. I called Water Heaters Express and got a better price and quick service. While I was on the phone the Lowe's installer called and left a message that they had a cancel and could come right away. I called Lowe's and cancelled. They were very friendly and said they understood and. Thumbs up to Water Heaters Express and thumbs down to Lowe's and Kirby.

The man was competent, professional, and fast. However, he does not cut us any slack in terms of pricing (and probably charged somewhat more than warranted).

Had an odor to our hot water. Thought I would replace the anode rod. After further thought I decided the calcium build up was probably too much to make it worth changing the anode rod. I had Water Heater Express come out, and replace the old water heater. Very quick response, and reasonable prices.

They arrived a little later than expected, but I know that emergencies happen in their business or jobs take longer than anticipated so that is no problem. I assumed that I would need a new water heater, but it turned out the dial had been turned to vacation and was just keeping the water warm. I was not asked for any payment, but I did give them some money. When it is time to replace the water heater, I will call them again.

My water heater started leaking, so I called Water Heater Express around noon. They were able to come out that very afternoon, diagnose the problem (the tank was leaking in the water heater), and install a new water heater before 8 p.m. that evening! Since my existing water heater had a 12-year warranty and was only 6 years old, they also handled calling the Whirlpool warranty center, obtaining authorization to get a free replacement water heater from Lowe's, draining and removing the old tank and taking it to Lowe's for exchange, and returning and installing the new heater the same day! And they also accepted the $50 coupon that was available here at Angie's List. I was very impressed with their fast response, professionalism, and ability to get the new heater installed that same day. I would highly recommend Water Heater Express!

After doing some research on the Internet, I called a couple of plumbers looking for a Energy efficient gas water heater. Mr. Williams carried water heaters in the brand I had read good reviews on. He came to my house, looked at the space where the new water heater would go, and gave his recommendation. I wanted to think it over and he had no problem with that. He told me to give him a call if I decided to do it. I called him a few days later, and set the appointment. He and a helper came, removed the old water heater, and installed the new one. The process took a little over an hour, and they tested everything before they left. They also installed some items my old water heater lacked to bring it up to code. The new water heater works perfectly and overall I was very pleased.

he told my husband he shoudnt allow me to stay home and care for my grandson, he was exxtrememly rude and sexist. was so overweight he was unable to go up and down our stairs, had his helper do all the running. feel like the job took twice as long due to his weight.
