Description of Work: While I paid extra for recycling; on more than one occasion I caught the drivers throwing the recycling in with the regular trash. When I called the office they apologized and said they would fix it. |Also, this company suddenly stopped picking up trash and I found out through the news and social media that they had gone out of business. While I was at the end of our contract it didn't matter, but several customers had pre-paid for services they would never receive.

 + -1 moreI never really deal with Waste Management directly. It's just a curbside pick-up. They are a large company and can handle a lot more than some of the smaller local companies.
