+ -1 moreTy was great to work with. He is very honest and his integrity and skill are respected throughout the community. Every time we had to work with a sub contractor (picking brick, or selecting finish details at Von Tobels) they all had great reports of Ty. His carpenters were very nice too. I spent a lot of time on the job site doing some of the work myself. He also puts a high value on keeping things clean at the end of every day. The house went up from Sept - Feb, so not the fastest or cheapest out there, but we couldn't be happier with a solid, well-built house.
