lawn treatment
 + -1 moreI'm not completely sure of the cost. My husband paid the bill. We used their services for a period of several years. The first two we were quite satisfied with all aspects of the service. The third year they became less reliable, detailed and responsive. The fourth year my husband withheld payment because he was so dissatisfied with the service. Eventually made the payments, but it took a lot of phone calls as they would not return his. Their ratings are C's because the did start out very well, but by the end were D's or F's.
Description of Work: Seasonal chemical/lawn treatment to control weeds and general lawn health. Were not responsible for mowing or bed-work.

Description of Work: TurfMaster, operated by Scott Wiedeman, was average, at best. Scott seemed to know what he was asking about at the estimate. However, once we contracted with them, we started having problems. They were not consistent from week to week on what days they showed up, never calling to inform us that they would be late or why. Ten, in the second year of our contract, we found ourselves reminding Scott of what he had contracted with us to do. He never answered his phone, returning phone messages either the next or two days later. Overall, we found the services of his company lacked follow through, starting strong, but get less and less professional as the season and contract progressed.
