 + -1 moreThe service was great. The TV was a large one so we had 2 house calls. The part had to come from China so the wait from the part was the longest. We were informed of that ahead of time. Very pleased with the service.
Description of Work: Identified part needed for our plasma TV. it had to be ordered from China. The day it arrived, we got a call and Jeff was out and fixing the TV.

Description of Work: I called on a Friday to have my TV repaired and Jeff promptly returned my call and set up an appointment for Monday. He was prompt, courteous and got my TV working again. He had to replace two parts and made two trips to the house.

 + -1 moreI called in the morning and left a voicemail. Jeff returned my call promptly and arrange to come to the house that afternoon. He fixed the TV, reconnected all the electronics, and cleaned up his work area. Jeff was nice and professional. I would call him again.
