Robert did a great job! He was very honest about repair costs and mentioned ways for me to save money. As a widow with three kids and pets, I appreciated that. He also didn’t mind my dog and cat being curious about what he was doing.

Complex job on an old farm house done right, finished on time and we’ll above expectation. Hire Summers and Richard for any easy or super complex jobs residential or commercial. Can’t say enough about Richard’s professionalism and great attitude for so many tasks we had him and the team conduct!

Summers managed to get me in for a late service call. Punctual and issue quickly discovered.

Justin was awesome and very creative in resolving some issues with the new handheld shower head unit after he quickly and expertly dismantled the previous infrastructure.

I accidentally fat thumbed my review. I wanted to say the service technician was super friendly and professional. Unfortunately we didn't have the money at this time to get anything done, but we got good quotes.

Richard showed up on time and with all materials needed. He was very nice, no problems with explaining everything he was going to do, with what materials. Our older spigot and the necessary parts, were no longer in use, so the explanation was great. Since our home is older, I did sign up prior to the visit for a maintenance agreement for our plumbing.

Corrected the problem of leaking toilet

Worker didn't want to repair faucet. He wanted to replace it to charge more, which wasn't necessary. I ended doing the job myself.

Nick Underhill was our Tech yesterday. He came out to service/inspect/and fix an issue with our Garbage Disposal. Turned out the Disposal was just a stubborn plumbing clog (which we were not charged extra for. He assessed our Water Heater, Sump Pump, and gave us quotes on new options of the aforementioned items, as well as miscellaneous house-pipe-related issues/options. Nick was on-time (early actually), knowledgeable - yet explained everything to me on a laymen’s level, professional, and cordial. I’d give him an A+, but that option wasn’t available...

When I first called, it was going to be late afternoon before someone could get to me. They called me back and stated they had an opening. From my initial call to the work performed it took less than 2 & 1/2 hours. Although I understood the process & potential downfalls, the tech did a very good job of confirming with me that I understood the risks. Very professional. Certainly would recommend them.

Services were completed quickly and professionally by Robert who left the work areas neat and clean. I also signed up for some reasonably priced inspection services at a discount and which resulted in a discount for the work and there was no service trip charge. I was also not charged extra for the shower line repair.

I called Summers Plumbing because all the pipes from the entire house were backing up into the downstairs bathtub (on a Saturday). Rob called back and provided a general estimate. He arrived earlier than he predicted and reviewed the problem and developed his estimate based on additional factors. He was able to clear the exterior line and restore functionality to the plumbing in the house. Despite a demanding job that required 2 hours of labor, he kept everything clean by wearing covers for his shoes. I would definitely call again. It is very fortunate that Rob was able to devote significant time on a Saturday to resort functionality to my house's plumbing. He was very professional, honest, arrived early, and completed the job as quickly as possible. Highly recommended!
