+ -1 moreI have a contract for regular service through Smith IPM for pest management for the past few years. Jeromy and his team continue to amaze me. The whole team is knowledgeable, courteous, flexible, on-time, and responsive. For almost the whole time that I have been their customer, I have only had a small wasp issue in the eaves of my house, which was promptly taken care of within 24 hours of my notifying Smith IPM. When the weather started to get cold, I have seen a few spiders, and the most recent visit, Smith IPM made sure to address any areas that needed a little extra management. Brody even tried to help me with my spider mite problem that came with a plant someone sent to me.

+ -1 moreI'm pretty sure our house was built on an ant farm and Jeromy came out consistently to help us get rid of them. Very easy to work with and schedule. Very professional. And most importantly, the ants stayed away!!!!
Description of Work: Control for odorous house ants inside/outside the house and bumble bee nest along the side of the house.

A thorough inspection is key to a successful IPM program (Integrated Pest Management). During each service visit you will receive an inspection of the interior and exterior along with a comprehensive report of ways to improve your preventive maintenance.
For Residential:
Spider webbing, wasp nests and bird nests (with customer approval) will be removed around the structure of the house during each service visit. Along with the webbing removal a green product will be lightly adhered to these areas to further deter future webbing.
Exterior barrier measures will be put in place and maintained to control crawling insect pressure from entering your residence.
Spot treatments will be completed in key exterior resting area locations to control flying insect pressure from entering and resting on your residence.
Monitoring equipment will be placed in your garage and attic areas that will be checked quarterly to assure no rodent activity has entered your residence.
*With fall invader prevention you will receive a 1 time thorough application targeting all areas that the 4 main fall invading pests use to enter your residence for overwintering purposes. This treatment is timed according to weather to be the most effective at keeping Asian Lady Beetles, Brown Marmorated Stink Bugs, Box Elder Bugs and Cluster Flies out of your home during the winter months. These treatments are successful with keeping over %90 of fall invading pests out.
With the annual residential programs you will be covered all year for covered pests giving you a peace of mind that keeps your home pest free.
