SEWER MASTER'S

This guy came out, and he had a machine that was a little different than everybody else was using, and he got the root out of my plumbing, while the other guys charged me $300, and said they couldn't do it. He did the job in half an hour for half the price. I was perfectly happy with what he did. He was here when he told me he would be here. He was a nice guy, he wasn't overly fancy, but he did a fine job.

Called Sewer Masters at 9:00AM on the Fourth of July. I know was a holiday but the individual said he would be at my home, "In a couple hours." Should have been my first tip off. Did not hear anything and called him again at 11:15AM, said he would be out around 1:00PM. Got tired of waiting and called Ike's Sewer Service who were at my house and had the line cleared within an hour at a very reasonable cost. I would recommend Ike's over Sewer Master any day of the week. I understand it was the Fourth of July, but if you don't want to do the work just tell me and I will call someone else. I will never call Sewer Master's again.

I was informed of a sewer backup at an apartment building I own on a Saturday morning while I was out of town. This was a problem for two reasons. First, I wasn't there to oversee the situation. Second, i had used two different services a few weeks back and got taken to the cleaners by these outfits. One charged an outrageous price for running a snake and didn't even clear out the problem. So I decided to give Sewer Masters a try. Their ad suggested they were fine with weekend work. They seems to have resolved the problem just fine and their price was very fair. I am putting them at the top of my list for my apartments when they need a clean out.
