 + -1 moreOnce we got their number from our consultant we gave them a call. They sent an estimator out the very same day. He looked at the damage, took pictures, measured the roof and then told us we could expect an accurate estimate the next morning. Yes the estimate was there the next morning and it was $6,300 as compared to all the others at $9,000. We immediately said yes and they scheduled the repair for the following Monday. They were there at 8:30 on Monday morning. The supervisor knocked on the door and informed us that they would start tearing off our roof. That day they tore off the roof, cleaned up and put a tarp on our roof incase it rained. On Tuesday they were there again at 8:30 and repaired the hole in the roof. They also started roofing one side of the house. On Wednesday they completed the roofing and cleaned up the outside of the house. Finally on Thursday they repaired the hole in the dry wall, cleaned and vacuumed the room they worked in. When they were done it looked like new. I would recommend SEKU CONSTRUCTION to anyone looking for home repairs. They were polite, professional, in uniform and very clean. Our neighbors liked our roof and hired them to do their roofing, siding and windows.
Description of Work: We had a gaping hole in our roof and urgently needed repair. We got estimates for the roof and they were all in the price range of $9000. None of them would start work without being paid for materials first. Our mortgage consultant recommended SEKU Construction group to us. They gave us an estimate of $6,300 and worked with our mortgage consultant to get the job done and then get paid in full. Yes the job was completed and our house looked wonderful. Our house in its old condition was appraised at $59,000, and the consultant told us that after the repairs our house would be worth around $75,000 - $79,000. When they completed the work it was appraised at $85,000.
