Description of Work: Came out on an emergency call late Sunday evening to repair my heating system which was now inoperative during what became the coldest night of a very long and difficult winter season. He advised me that if he could get his vehicle out of his show drift covered driveway he would come by. We were back in service within an hour! I could not be more thankful to Steve for his quick,professional service and seeing us through. We were in a pretty inconvenient situation that could have been quite costly.

+ -1 moreI have used this local and family owned business for many years. They installed my air conditioner and furnace. They respond to my calls on the same day, and come out as soon as possible. Once this was a Christmas Eve many years ago. For this particular problem, when I called, Steve returned my call within the hour. My air conditioner fan was running continually, but the conditioner was not on. When Steve came shortly after talking with him, he found that chipmunks had chewed through a wire. Also, someone had removed the caps from the conditioner which supplies the Freon, and was huffing the Freon. I recommend Quality and Heating very highly. Good people, professional. They have corrected heating problems under my new addition which was not caused by them. Priscilla Bain
Description of Work: They came out and replaced Capasitor (?) on Air conditioner and charged the system. Installed new caps.

+ 0 moreExcellent! He saved me money and imporved the efficiency of my heating and cooling systems. He also stopped the leak! I spent about $175 for the 1st visit and $75 for the second visit.
Description of Work: During the summer Quality Heating and Cooling did a full check of my heating and cooling systems. The owner explained that my cooling system needed additional freon, indicating that my 14 year old full houseair conditioner has a slight leak. He recommended a recheck in 2 or 3 years. He also showed me how to clean the outside portion of the unit so I didn't have to pay anyone to do that anymore. Then in December I called him and explained that the tub/shower my son uses leaks, but only when he takes a shower. He was able to get me an appt quickly and by sealing portions of the tub wall (which evidently was supposed to be sealed when I had the house built). He also explained that I could replace the leaky faucet portion myself for less money if I went to a local big box store. He told me what to look for and how to put the piece on. He said he could get the piece out of his truck, but he knew I wanted to save a little money.

+ -1 moreWe have been using him for years and he is excellent. He is great if there is an emergency. He is very reasonably priced. He is very personable and cleanse up after he finishes the work. He has taken care of the air conditioner as well.
Description of Work: We use Quality Heating & Cooling for heating and AC related issues and plumbing. He was here last week.

+ -1 moreI really like them. It’s a local and family run business. It’s run by two brothers who work together. The contractors hadn’t done a good job and so I used Quality Heating & Cooling. I am very pleased with them. They are there when I call them in case of an emergency, which I had to do in the past and not recently. I get a call back and they get out as quickly as possible. They are very honest. I would use their services in the future too.
Description of Work: I used the services of Quality Heating & Cooling probably in September for reconnecting the ducts to a couple of registers that had not been connected before by going under the house. They also re-tightened all the other ducts that looked like they were going to come off. They had also installed a new furnace and an air conditioner for me two years ago.
