+ 1 moreWell, as I have said above I could truly not be more satisfied with the quality, professionalism, and value of PR Constructions work. I had our basement done for less than half of the cost of most other bids (except from two local handymen who said that they could finish the basement but I did not have faith in their skill nor ability to actually finish in any sort of reasonable time frame - and he was even a few thousand less than their bids). I can not emphasize enough that his low price was not accompanied by low quality. Quite the contrary, it was some of the best craftsmanship I have ever seen. I also appreciate that once they have worked for you they will always take care of your needs. There has never been anything too big or too small for Pat. He is always willing to help. Work I have had done that has been exceptional quality: 1. Changing faucets (kitchen and bathroom - wide spread faucets at that) 2. Instillation of a new garbage disposal when mine was broken 2. Changing outdoor light fixtures 3. Fixing a garage door that would always stick at one point (it literally took him 3 minutes to fix that) 4. Fixing dripping faucets/toilets 4. Complete finishing of a basement (framing, sealing, insulating, flooring, both drop and finished celling,electrical, plumbing, instillation of a full bathroom, instillation of custom cabinets, insulation of appliances, trim work, etc.)
Description of Work: I first had PR Construction provide an estimate to finish our basement. Pat (owner), was incredibly professional and kind. His bid was by far the most reasonable. While I have learned that in many things you get what you pay for, however, I can state with confidence that even though his price was less his work and craftsmanship was quite superior to other contractors. He was able to complete the entire basement within the timeframe which he provided, which I find a huge asset for a contractor. I was impressed at how clean he would leave my basement and home after working. He even took the garbage every day after working. WOW! My husband and I could not be more pleased with our basement. I have had Pat and his partner Grant out in the last few months to help with some leaky faucets and light fixtures that quit working. He was able to diagnose the problem. I am very appreciative that he is not looking for reasons to charge more. He is incredibly honest. Both men come to work when they say they will be there and they work hard and constantly. They are extremely quite which I also find amazing for a contractor. They are intrusive in the home at all given their work. For instance, right now as I write this review, they are replacing the faucets in the master bath while my toddler and I watch a movie and rest in the master bedroom. I have never met a contractor that was this respectful for the home they are in.
