Description of Work: When I called to schedule an appointment the person kept me on the phone for nearly an hour and quoted me ridiculously high prices (several thousand dollars). When I later tried to cancel the appointment they still sent someone out, which was very inconvenient and awkward both for me and for the technician.

 + -1 moreNot real sure but I do know they fixed the 2 note that did not play. They also had to tune the piano down because of it's age. I know it's around 60 years old. Signed a contract that they would come back every year and pm it. Plays just fine. Good job

 + -1 moreMy experience with them was very well. They arrived here on time. They were very knowledgeable. They explained to us how piano works and is tuned. They finished the work in an hour or an hour and a half. They got the job done very quickly. I would use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Northside Music Co for piano tuning in the middle of June, about a month ago. I will be on contract with them yearly and that would be $75 each time they come.

 + -1 moreI HAD TO RESCHEDULE THE FIRST APPOINTMENT DUE TO A TECHNICIAN BEING ILL. FOUR WEEKS LATER, THE SECOND APPOINTMENT WAS RESCHEDULED DUE TO A CONFLICT IN THEIR TECHNICIAN'S SCHEDULE. THE THIRD APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED ABOUT TWO WEEKS AFTER THAT, AND THE TECHNICIAN NEVER SHOWED EVEN THOUGH THE LADY AT THE MAIN STORE CONFIRMED THAT I WAS ON THEIR SCHEDULE. THEY APOLOGIZED AND OFFERED TO RESCHEDULE, AGAIN. I WILL NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE AGAIN. IT APPEARS THAT THEIR TECHNICIANS HAVE SCHEDULING ISSUES. THE FOLKS WHO ANSWER THE PHONE ARE COURTEOUS AND POLITE, THOUGH.
