NATURALLY SAFE CARPET CLEANING

I am thrilled that Angie's list exists now and I can shout out how awesome Mark and his carpet cleaning/repair service is. We had about 700 sq. feet of 100% wool loop carpet, and had Naturally Safe out about once a year to give it a thorough cleaning. It always came out beautifully..despite our messy habits and two toddlers etc. Mark always paid meticulous attention to any stained areas..he was very regretful that he wasn't able to remove one very small spot of artificial color (it was so faded as to almost be invisible), but that's how careful he is. The job that really blew me away though, was our move out cleaning and repair as we readied our house for sale. We'd just had a new puppy in the months prior and had quite a bit of cleaning work and puppy toenail snags to be fixed. Mark came out and spent quite about 4 hours cleaning it all..very thoroughly..per usual, and then he performed some minor miracles on seam line snags that had developed, and performed absolutely invisible patching, and reseaming. By then we'd been on this carpet for 8 years, and it looked brand new when he left. I could not tell where the repairs were. The total for that huge job was about $500. A few years before, he had also amazed us when he cleaned our stored carpet remnants, that our ill cat had decided to use as a litter box. If you've ever smelled cat pee carpet, you'll know it seems hopeless. Mark returned the remnants fresh and clean as new..I have never seen that work before! He also cleaned our large microfiber sectional a few times..perfect every time! I can't recommend him highly enough.
