 + -1 moreWe called them out to see if we needed a new lock. They came out and realized the key was not made properly. He came and recondition the lock and made a new set made a new set of keys.
Description of Work: We had jammed lock where one of the keys got stuck in the lock.

 + -1 moreEverything went fine. I've had Mulhaupt's do work on my garage at another property and they've always done fine work. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Overall garage door inspection after a home purchase. I'd had some concerns about the garage door not tracking right and they found the causes. Basically the track just needed adjusting so they fixed that then did the routine adjustments to the spring tension/balance and lubrication of the system.
