Description of Work: Got heated floors, and put new ceramic tile in kitchen, half bath, hallway and entry. After all installed was told that they don't hook up the electrical. So then had to hire another person to hook up and pay another fee. Floor are nice but with the cost of the tile and heated panel would of never done it knowing there were extra cost on top of what was already paid for.

+ -1 moreThey have a little problem, the floor is fine, but they've not done real good job with finishing up. The bamboo was nailed in, which was cracked the transition piece. There were also some really bad dings in the woodwork as well. They have promised that they are going to repair this. I haven't finished paying them, so we'll see if it gets fixed.
Description of Work: They installed bamboo floors in a living/dining room.
