First of all I was sorely disappointed with my decision to even consider this company. I spent a good deal of time researching various HVAC companies before even considering making appointments and felt that this company had a good reputation and I honestly expected them to be lower than the competition, boy was I wrong. On the day of the appointment the person coming out for a quote was 20 minutes late with no heads up. Despite being late he then proceeded to sit in the driveway for another 10 minutes before coming up to the door. Now mind you at this point I'm still rather patient as I know this business can be hectic and we were still in a cold snap at the time. Anyhow he comes to the door and then the fun really started. First of all he completely blows off my wife's greeting and would only talk to me. His first five minutes of conversation involved ridiculing and smashing his customer from earlier in the day and while his story was pretty bizarre it was inclusive to the lack of professionalism that I was about to endure. His next five minutes of conversation was centered around his opinion that stay at home moms in his experience were all lonely women that wanted to call him at all hours of the day "to come check their equipment". I wish I was making this up but I'm not, as you can imagine my wife (who was in the same room) is about to throw things at this guy. After our engaging conversation he counts the registers in the house, tells me my return is in the wrong place, scribbles a bit on his paper and then asks me what a good time is for the next day to drop the bid off. I stated we would be here all day to which he said he'd be by at 3:30pm. Fast forward to the next day at the requisite time and he hasn't shown up. We finally get a call almost 2 hours later saying he was on his way with the bid to which we said don't bother. I don't often review companies but in my opinion for business that is selling multi thousand dollar equipment this company probably isn't your best bet, but they'll sell you a good story I'm sure.....

Had the job quoted by four HVAC companies and M&M was less than two and slightly more than one. I selected them because I was more comfortable with their product and because I was impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of the person who quoted the job. They arrived at the prescribed time, completed the job in a timely fashion, instructed us on the operations of the new equipment, helped us program the thermostat, and left the work site pristine. My wife and I were both very impressed with their technicians' professionalism and their willingness to explain what they were doing and why. Would definately consider them for future projects

Set appointment with estimater Mark Street. Agreed to terms and scheduled installation out three weeks. Installers arrived promptly and completed installation in two days. Went very well.

Doug and his crew did an excellent job! They provided a quote quickly and when I had a request for a different combination of furnace/ AC / thermostat, they worked out the best rebates and replied with 2 additional options. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and clean. The workmanship looks very finished. - pipes, wires and tubes all with supports. Doug even constructed a little instruction manual holder out of metal to hold all of the manuals on the side. I may not know what all of them do but the installation looks very clean and professional. My husband is in the construction trade and he was even pleased! The furnace and air conditioner have done an excellent job in cooling and heating. We didn't choose the cheapest products or the most expensive and Doug helped explain the choices that were the most effective for heating and cooling our home. They were almost completely finished in 1 day and came past the next day for just a short time to compete the job. Doug spent time instructing us on the programmable thermostat and also on how to use the whole house humidifier. I would definitely use their services again.

They did an excellent job. They were on time and professional. They are experts in Geothermal.

They were great. I had two other companies come over. Both said I needed a new furnace to the tune of $9000. Neither looked at the attic, the crawlspace, on told me I had mold and wouldn't give me a written estimate. M and M (Doug) came over, went all over the house, under the house, in the attic, tested the furnace and said it needed a new motor. He recommended insulation in the attic, close off unnecessary ceiling vents, run a new line to the gas fireplace as it had copper which can develop leaks, and clean everything. They saved me $7000! They were professional, courteous, on time, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. I have been recommending them to any and everyone I know. Everything was written out, easy to understand, and done on time as promised.

I received a quote a few months back. I scheduled the install a couple weeks ago. The crew showed up on time. Considering this was just a few days after the huge snowfall and the mess I was very happy they didn't have to postpone. The crew showed up and dove in and completed the job in a timely fashion and did a great job. They cleaned up the entire mess and I cant say enough about how nice of a job they did especially considering they had to tromp out in the snow to set the new AC pad and coil. They also had to crawl under the house all day as well. Its only been about 24 hours but the new Bryant system is already an improvement. The whole house has a more even temperature. One room at the end of the house is now as warm as the rest of the house. This spare bedroom has always been cold in the winter and warm in the summer. Well its warm now like the rest of the house. Thanks guys and Id recommend Mand M to anyone and the Bryant system as well.

They did undergo change of ownership and the price of the annual maintenance increased drastically at that time. Since then, it's much more reasonable. I schedule the appointment with them.

Sales rep arrived and we had a pleasant talk. He was quite professional in person. However, the sales rep never produced a quotation. After repeated calls over 2 months to get a quote, we finally used a different company. We were quite disappointed; we had used Mand M in the past for furnace repairs. They were are first choice for replacing our furnace and AC, but their lack of professionalism and punctuality in producing a formal quotation was why we gave them a D.

I had several quotes acpople were quite a bit higher and three were pretty close. I picked Mand M because their price was fair, but they stood out from the others because of thier professionalism. They seemed very knowledgable about my situation and they explained in terms my wife and I could understand what they were going to do and why. They showed up on time and completed the work on time and the crew seemed just as knowledable and were every bit as professional as the fellow that quoted the system. It has been three years and I continue to use them for my spring and fall checks ups. They have a great crew and I will continue to use them

The serviceman was courteous and competent. He completed the job that was necessary to fix the problem and also did some extra maintenance (which he could have just told me to do) at no extra cost to me but took extra time from him. I really appreciated his superior service and would definitely call them for any future work.
