They did an excellent job.

I used the contact form on their web site before 7:00AM to request an estimate for water damage on a bamboo floor due to a leak in my washing machine. Before 8:00 the same day, I had a phone call from Brian before he even arrived at the office. We set up a tentative appointment and he said that he would double check his schedule when he got to the office to make sure nothing had changed since he left the day before. About 30 minutes later, he called me to let me know that a flooded basement call had come in and that it would be a little later before we could meet and that he would call me when he was about 30 minutes away. Brain called me earlier than expected, met me promptly at my house, discussed all of my options with me and even shared the name of a contractor who could help replace the damaged floor if I so desired after the drying process was complete. I felt at all time as though I was Brian's main concern and that he was focused on helping me. While the floor will be drying through the weekend, I already know that customer service is a priority for Magna Dry. I highly recommend their services.

The came out on time to give us the estimate and they were punctual for the service. The estimated how long it would take and they were accurate. They did move some furniture and got out all the stains caused by two cats. They were polite. They moved everything back the way they found it. We were very happy with their service.

I like them because they use chemicals and not steam so I don’t have to worry with rusty nails under the carpet. I have very few carpeted areas in my home. I would highly recommend their spot cleaner. I use it on my rugs and furniture, it works really very well. They do also do rug cleaner. They can pick them up or you can drop them off. They were very accommodating. I had one rug that I wasn’t satisfied with and they cleaned those spots up.

It went excellent. They were two young men that were very professional. They did a great job. They were very conscientious about other things that were in the house. They offered to help us with the furniture. They carpet dried quickly. I was very pleased. They successfully got out pet odors as well.

It was excellent. They came with all their gear and started working right away. It only took a few days for everything to be back to normal.

Carpet is 18 years old and this was first dry cleaning. Greatly improved appearance. Almost like new in some areas. Were able to remove some long standing spots. A few other spots could not be completely removed but areas still improved. Sofa significantly improved in appearance as well. Very professional group dedicated to doing the best possible work.

The service people arrive as scheduled, look professional and seem to get out stains that you are not sure will ever come out. I have used them for several years and will continue to use their services.

We love them. We have never used anyone else besides this company. I think your carpets turn out the best with their type of carpet cleaning systems.

Since they were a manageable size, I dropped them off at the store and picked them up a week later. They helped carry them to my car. If I had asked, they would have come to my house to pick them up and drop them off when done. I have had excellent service from this company and would recommend them highly!

The techs arrived on time, got right to work and did an excellent job. They moved several pieces of furniture for us, cleaned under them and then moved them back into place. They put protectors under the feet of each piece which we then removed later after everything was dry. Actually, the carpet was ready to be walked on when they left, they just took extra precautions to protect the wood furniture. I believe they were here for about three hours which was a very reasonable time for the amount of work they did. The price was very reasonable too. People who don't have pets (or maybe small children) could skip the protectant and save almost half the price.

They were friendly on the phone and seemed professional. My husband was here when they did the work.

We first had an estimate done a few months ago. But later we decided to wait a bit to do the cleaning. When we finally called, the service was scheduled right away. The job was done fantastically, very professional. They tried hard to get rid of some hard stain on our carpet. Even though one did not come off entirely, we felt that they did their best. The used dry-chemical which is not toxic for pets. So we weren't worried about our dog getting into it after the cleaning. The guys were very professional; they moved fast. Our carpet is very clean-- both from the look and from how it feels under our feet. They actually called and left message to say how much they appreciated our business and hoped we were satisfied with the service-- what a rarity in today's world! Since they did not get to talk to us when they called, they also sent us a thank-you note. It was a very pleasant experience. We definitely recommend their service.
