Excellent Service. Provided an estimate of the work. Arrived on time as scheduled. Took steps to protect the hardwood downstairs. Explained what was done and what I needed to do to followup. Got the "doggie stains" out of my new carpet. Professional and thorough. Maybe cost a little more than some other carpet cleaners... but well worth the price.

I was pleased. They responded to my inquiry quickly and set up a time to provide an estimate. The estimator was prompt and really looked at my furniture and provided an estimate.Less than another company had provided. Because of -Angie's list and a neighbors recommendation, I asked that they do the work. We established a time. Mattcalled to ask if they could come early. Matt and Greg were personable but professional. My furniture has seen a lot of abuse. I cannot believe how great itmlooks. Noy only is it clearer, but is so much brighter. I highly recommend Magna Dry.

Cleaned a five-piece, light-colored sectional sofa that was several years old. Very satisfied with result. They were able to do the work on the same day they came to the house to give me an estimate, because there had been several storm-related electrical outages in Lafayette which required them to postpone other previously scheduled work. Young man who performed the cleaning was very professional, used pads/coverings to protect wood floors, and took the time necessary to do a thorough job. Would definitely use this company again for carpet and/or upholstery cleaning.

They took us as an add on after hours appointment. We were trying to get everything clean in order to bring my husband home from the hospital to have hospice care at home. The weather was horrible snowing & blowing, but that didn't stop them from wanting to help us out. The kindness & consideration they showed to me was way above & beyond the call of duty. They did a marvelous job & the carpets dried quickly. I can't say enough good things about this company. The work they do is by far the best around not to mention their method doesn't leave your padding wet underneath it all.

I contacted Magna Dry last week. We set appointment for the following week. Technicians contacted me 1 hour before arriving at the house to tell me that they were running on time. Two Technicians cleaned all my carpets within two hours. Carpets look brand new again. The carpets were only slightly damp to the touch and dried within 2 hours of them leaving. I would highly recommend Magna Dry for your next cleaning.

Nothing to improve on. They were just prompt and on time. They did what they said they were going to do.

Everything was much cleaner. The carpets are now several shades lighter, and most stains were removed. The rugs came back in good condition, and the couch and upholstered chair are much cleaner as well. Not all of the dog hair was removed from the chair, but in fairness he did warn me that it wouldn't be 100% spotless like new. We are very satisfied and will use them again.

They did carpet cleaning a year ago. They did a very nice job. They were very good. The price was reasonable. I would hire them again.

I was impressed with the helpfulness of the staff from carrying my rug in from the car, saying "hi" to the dog (also in the car), efficient check in, and the cleaning completed before the promised date. They absolutely knew what they were doing with their knowledge of the type of carpet (Turkish) and the cleaning needed. This rug had been in a flooded basement and unfortunately when the West Lafayette storm sewers overflow, they become combined with the sewage system and that is what flooded the basement. Yuck. Magna Dry recommended a special cleaning that included antibacterial agents. Exactly what I needed and I didn't even know such a thing was possible. The rug came back better than new, looked revitalized and smelled wonderful. The cost was more than I anticipated but I had not asked for an estimate beforehand. My fault. Could I have purchased another rug for the same amount of money? Yes, but the exact colors are no longer available. A rock and a hard place.

They were great and fantastic. They were on time, did the job and got out. I had a good experience and I would recommend them. They did well. The price was about what I expected. I really don't have a good comparison. The quality of work was good.

They were punctual, professional and very cooperative moving furniture and replacing the rug.

They did an excellent job with cleaning the carpet. I had a couple of bad stains that they did a good job getting them out. They were friendly.

The entire experience was positive and professional. The owner came to evaluate and give me the cost. He was on time and very efficient. Left a written itemized list of work to be done. I got a phone call from the office within thirty minutes to schedule the cleaning. They could get me on the schedule within a couple days. The staff who did the cleaning arrived on time and introduced themselves. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a very thorough job. Everything went smoothly. I got a call from the office staff the next day checking to see if I was pleased with the work. It could not have been a better experience. Very professional. It was not inexpensive, but very worth the cost.

We had already cleared most of the furniture out of the room, except for a heavy sleeper sofa and the two recliners we needed cleaned. The technicians were on time and very friendly. They did the recliners first and it took some doing but they got them very clean (I was quite surprised) and then went to work on the carpet which was also quite soiled at the entrances to the kitchen and hallway. The guys had pretreated the worst places before they worked on the recliners. They didn't grumble about having to move the sofa around to get that area of carpet cleaned. They talked to me and each other while they working but didn't stop working to do it. I thought they were very efficient and my husband and I were very pleased with the end results. So were my in-laws as this was a surprise for them on their return from the winter in Florida. I thought it was a little pricey but I always do. When you break it down, the cost for the carpet and the chairs, not as awful as it could have been. So yes, I would use Magna Dry again.

I have been using Magna Dry for over 12 years and still have the same carpets. They always make my carpets look really nice. I own two large dogs and have 4 boys and of course all of their friends. In addition I live out in the country. They don't disappoint.

brian from magna dry arrived puncually at my house, described the cleaning process in detail, gave me a written estimate and assured me that all the work is guaranteed. i was very apprehensive, since this carpet is quite dear to me and i had only allowed reiter's to work on it. but they are no longer in business. he took the carpet with him . i have just come back from inspecting it and i must say they did a beautiful job. the colors are fresh, the trim is clean and no more doggie smell. since i don't need the carpet right this minute, they will deliver it to my house sometime next week, at which time payment is due. i am glad to have found a good place for cleaning. they don't, however, repair orientals, if this should be necessary, something reifer's did also.

Overall, I am very pleased with this company and the service they provided.

The technicians were very pleasant and cleaned our carpets in a professional and timely manner. I had a question about some darkening of the carpet along the wall in one room and they were very helpful in explaining what had caused it and that might be prevented in the future. They also gave us a bottle of the Magna-Dry cleaner that I've used on spots since the carpet was cleaned. It works very well!

the owner arrived on time to do the estimate and was courteous, pleasant and professional. I set up the work for the following week and the cleners arrrived on time. They were courteous and careful about their work. they pointed out certain areas with obvious stains (coffe stains) in case I was not aware of them. They moved all the items that I asked them to move and claen under which excluded the heavy case good furniture. The work was done in the time frame they projected and the carpets look very clean and it dried relatively quickly - as they indicated it would using their process. I don't know how the price would compare to others as I didn't get a second bid. i went from my gut and feel teh price was fair to good. the workers made sure I was satisfied with the quality of the work before leaving. I would use them again.

The carpeting they cleaned looked good and did it in a short amount of time.

I had the same space cleaned by another company (recommended by the building owner) just a couple months ago. I wasn't happy as there were large stains left. So, tired of the stains, I went to Angie's List and found Magna-Dry. They showed up right on time to look over the space and provide a quote. After their inspection I gave them a credit card number and a key to the space. I asked them to leave the key and a receipt in the mailbox. When I came to the office the next day for class I was blown away. The carpet literally looked brand new. I couldn't find a stain or spot anywhere. I will never call anyone else in Lafayette to clean carpets. Magna-Dry is the best!

I was amazed at how well the cleaning worked. There were several bad stain spots, but their treatment removed them. The cleaner was prompt and courteous. He knew what he was doing. Our nine year old carpet looked almost like new. We will definitely call on Magna Dry when we have the carpet cleaned again.
