My irrigation system was winterized in October 2015 and I was told there were no issues. Came home in mid-November to find my yard dug up. When I asked what was going on, I was treated rudely and told my system had a cracked line that was being replaced. I was also advised that my system shut of valve was suspect. When I tried to get more details I was basically ignored. When the bill for these unauthorized services arrived I called to speak to the manager. I was told that people generally do not want to be advised of the need for repairs and that I should be glad that my broken line was repaired. I told him that I do not want repairs done without my authorization. He advised me that he would be checking my system shut off in 2 days and that it would probably need to be replaced. I asked him to let me know the status of the system shut off once it was inspected. I did not see anyone arrive to check the valve, nor did I receive any communication. I've probably paid Lawn & Shrub over $3000 in the last 10 years for their services. I've never been late with a payment and have always treated their workers with respect. The workers sent for annual maintenance have done a very good job. Unfortunately, Lawn and Shrub management has been rude and unresponsive. I can no longer recommend their services.

We had a misunderstanding but he came to my house and we talked about it and it is okay now. He is still doing some work with me. He gave me a price and on a schedule unlike the other providers. The others were to busy to do it.

Everything went smoothly, they came out when they said, and charged me what they had quoted, and so everything went well.

He was honest and punctual. He was honest about what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost. However, his budget was a minimum of 500 dollars for 7 hours worth of work and I just thought that was a little high.

I used Lawn and Shrub Inc for a couple of years but fired them this year. They did not follow up to finish the project.

Dean with Lawn and Shrub initially visited our home prior to the beginning of excavation on our swimming pool. During that visit he noted the location of the existing irrigation system and we discussed the proposed timeline of our project. During the summer, they visited several times to ensure that we were never waiting on them. Once the pool and hardscape were complete, Lawn and Shrub was soon on site to finalize the irrigation. As they began, they quickly discovered many issues with the original installation that required the rewiring and movement of several control pits. Despite the additional work required, they still completed the project in a matter of days including working on a Saturday (after gaining our permission to be onsite during a weekend.) I would highly recommend Lawn and Shrub from both a workmanship and price standpoint.
