My windshield cracked all the way across. Called them and they were able to get it in and finish it quickly the next day. I used them several years ago to replace another windshield on a different vehicle. Both times they did a fantastic job.

I had a glass shelf damaged from my hutch shelf. This was no ordinary piece of glass though, it was made for this particular hutch. I took the left side, glass shelf to several places, and none were able to duplicate this piece, but for the right side of the shelf. Lafayette Glass Co. not only was able to, but they gave me a great price and it took no time at all. Thank you

They were really good. They were excellent. They were done when they said they were going to be.

They replaced 2 nice size casement windows, and one HUGE picture window. They did everything as you'd expect a fine company to do. It hasn't been a year yet, but the windows look great and their work was excellent. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Over the last 20 years we have used this company for 8 pieces of glass that we placed over the top of several fine pieces of furniture and every time the glasses was cut to our exact measurements. The only thing negative is the price---but if we compared their prices with other companies---they probably would be very competitive. A lot of times you have to pay extra for quality work. When we find a good honest quality company to do business with, we usually stay with them. We have NEVER had to ask them to remake any work that they have done.

Their scheduling is much to be desired, but the work itsel was ecellent. Technician who came to my home is courteous and skilled. HE explained everything well for me.

The removal and installation went well. The installer Dustin arrived promptly and cleaned up the worksite when he was finished. He did a good job installing the shower doors but the quality and appearance of the product was not very good. I was expecting a better quality of metal and construction for the price I paid.

Overall, pretty painful and difficult process. They don't seem to worry too much about follow through, follow up. Sadly not too many choices in town - so you might be stuck with these people. Installer was great guy, but had to take measurements on 3 different occasions. Template was lost, no one followed up til we called. First window as low quality, second window didn't fit. Third window was a charm. Quote was way high based on actual time required. Getting billing corrected was unpleasant. Appears second generation of family business may not be as good as the founder.

Gary from Lafayette glass came out and installed our new window that was damaged by my sons pellet gun. They came the next day, did a great job and were very professional. They did not leave any mess. Window looks great

The glass installation was fine but the caulking in really ugly. We mentioned to them that they shouldn't have used white caulking since we have very dark wood framing. They left at one point to purchase more caulking and they said the white was the only color. We are now planning to paint over the caulking.
