They were amazing! I could see my beautiful green carpet again, it looked an ugly green before they started! They got out all the spots and left the room looking and smelling amazing. They also cleaned a staircase that looked worn and now looks like new! They did an outstanding job!

The dining room chairs had spots and another cleaner had declined to clean them for fear of leaving spots on chairs. They cleaned them and they turned out very well. Also, there were areas of the carpet that were very dirty, the hallway and spots in front of chairs. These areas were cleaned and turned out well. As of now, approx. one month later the spots have not returned. They also applied Scot-Gard to carpet

It is owner/operator and he is very meticulous on what he is doing. He is very detailed and really cares about doing a good job. He cleaned up the mess made by a previous chaing carpet cleaning company. He was referred to me by Purdue Residential Properties. He is a little bit more expensive than others, but well worth it.

I called late in the afternoon and they were kind enough to add us to their schedule at the end of what I'm sure was a very long Friday, just before Christmas Eve. After they left, we did still notice the smell of the carpet cleaning spray that my husband had used, but by the time the carpet dried later that evening, the smell was almost completely gone. And the carpet feels a lot cleaner.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet on stairs, landing, one bedroom, and spot-cleaned a couple of areas. The primary request was to clean the stairs but while they were here they also cleaned the other areas because they wanted us to get our money's worth from their minimum fee . The initial problem was with the stairs that my husband tried to clean with a spray carpet cleaner. The cleaner had a TERRIBLE scent. It was nauseating. My husband tried to remove residue but even after it dried, the smell was driving us all crazy.

Very courteous, punctual and professional. Absolutely excellent job, highly recommend - hallways and family room had heavy traffic and all stains were removed. I am thrilled with the results!

They came in, moved all the furniture, removed all stains that were pointed out. They were quick and efficient. Did a great job. This was the first time we have hired somebody to do this and I am definitely going to do it again. Very nice people.
