Description of Work: I did not pursue reupholstering my sofa with Klumpke, but had very good communications with them. A gentlmean returned my call and after inspecting my emailed photos, thoroughly discussed what could and could not be done with my heirloom sofa. I wanted to update the appearance as well as the shape. He answered all my questions with what I felt was honesty and experience. I just need to decide what I want to invest in changing the look of my sofa. | |

Description of Work: My husband realized that his recliner in our family room no longer glided properly, so we began a search for someone to repair it. Our extended warranty with the manufacturer had expired, and honestly, they were no help with finding a repair person, either locally or in our region. So we tried several upholstery companies in town and found Klumpe. They showed up on time, called first, and quickly got to work to fix the problem. They even showed my husband how to fix it again himself, if it ever happens again. Two bolts were coming out of their holes, and once they replaced them, everything was fine.
