Excellent. Dwight responded immediately to our emergency roof need. Crew was professional. Great experience.

Started out with problems, no electric, no cable, gate would not close. Facia was falling down. Now shingles need trimmed back closer to drip edge (in front and back of house. Water from roof does not go down gutters; waterfall effect. Builder said he would return after several contacts in August. Never showed.

Keller Builders is the best!! Made the experience smooth with the utmost in professionalism. The roof looks great! Completed on-time with accurate estimate. Cleaned up everything once they were done even shingles that had blown off before they got there. Would highly recommend.

Our 20 year old roof had been repaired twice before by Keller Builders and we were pleased with their work. When it came time to replace the whole roof, we knew we wanted to get details on a roof replacement from them. We requested a detailed estimate and we got one. Everything was spelled out what they would use and what they would do. We received the estimate very quickly and even though we didn't make a decision right away we were not pressured to make one. Once we contacted them about scheduling a date, we got a response right away and information about picking type and color of shingles. We could go online and look at the choices but they also offered to stop by with samples to look at. They also made a suggestion on the type and color of shingle which was very helpful. The date for roof replacement was set quickly and they came to our house for us to sign the contact. My husband has been ill so this was very helpful to me and made it easy to take care of business. At that meeting we also got to meet the person who would be supervising the roofers that day. On the work day, the roofers arrived promptly at 7:00 a.m., were very friendly and got busy right away protecting areas around the house with tarp. They worked all day long. Whenever we would go out to just check on the progress, they would wave but just kept right on working. The supervisor was friendly and gave me an update on the progress. When they were close to being done, they let us know they were cleaning up outside. The next morning, you couldn't even tell they had been here. The driveway and yard was clean and no nails or debris around. I was prepared but didn't need to pay for the work that night. The next day I received an invoice which was the amount of the estimate I had received earlier. They even came to our house for the payment which saved me a trip to their office. We are extremely please with the roof. It looks great and the color is perfect with our siding and brick. They made the whole process very easy. They were very professional and considerate of our time and situation. We felt like they are proud of their business and it shows in how they conduct business and get the job done. I would recommend Keller Builders to anyone.

I was so impressed with Keller Builders! They were very quick to come out and go over the damage caused by a wind storm that tore threw town! They were very professional, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and the repairs were done quickly and thoroughly! What reall impressed me was the constant communication, availability for them to help me, and the pride in their workmanship! I couldn't be happier with the experience! Hands down, I would recommend Keller Builders to anyone!
