I am not a fan of the whole either you $98 for the estimate or they start work that day. It feels like a pressured sale and that is just not ok. Also the quality and knowledge of workmanship of each person varies tremendously. If my last repair job had not gone so wrong I would hire them again. But they did nothing financially to rectify the situation and to me if you are going to ruin someones project you need to give them some money back. Because to me it still is not fixed and looks like crap.

I hired the company waited 3 weeks for an appointment they did not have enough time to do it, when he arrived he told me it was too hot so he could not do the job and then he left, I was told I would receive a call from this company but I did not get one. I called this morning to make a complaint. I even submitted pictures so they originally knew where the job was.

Jeremy arrived on time, discussed my needs, and provided a quote to get the work done and it was completed that day. Both Brian and Jeremy were very professional.
