It took a couple days for Todd to respond to my initial call - understandable as it was February and he was busy. He was out within a week to inspect the humidifier. It turned out that the control unit needed to be replaced. He made a quick run to a supplier as he did not have a unit on the truck, returned and installed it. Todd was very friendly, efficient and professional. I would call him again for any future issues.

Arrived within 10 minutes of the time set which is on time as far as I am concerned. Listened to what I wanted done and the concerns I had about the install of my heat pump. Very personable and I felt confident that the work was going to be done correctly, and it was. Very pleased and will definitely call on this company again.
Description of Work: Had a yearly furnace check-up and clean. Checked work done by another company on the install of a heat pump.
