Installation was great, I feel so much better knowing that my home is secure 24/7. The technicians were very knowlegable and made sure I was understood exactly how to arm and disarm my system. They answered every question and went through different scenarios and made sure I was comfortable before leaving. I am so relieved knowing that my home and myself are protected against any unwelcome intruders whether i am at home or at work. I can arm and disarm with my cell phone, key fob or directly at the base unit. So if I am not sure if it is armed, I can check on my cell phone and arm it from anywhere. It is extremely user friendly.

Larry came by and walked the house to do an estimate. He pointed out items to me and suggested appropriate fixes. He would need to get parts and we set a date for the work to be done. We had set a date and time the week before, but I was called a couple of days before and we agreed on a date the next week. Larry was on time and went right to work, cleaning up after himself. It took about 2 hours and he demonstrated the different devices he had installed. It involved 2 patio door locking mechanisms and 6 exterior door locks and/or bolts. Larry was very good to work with and made sure I was totally satisfied.

We had a spare key go missing while some work was being done on our home. Afraid that one of the laborers has swiped it, we decided to have the locks changed. I called Haley's and a very pleasant and professional locksmith was out first thing the next morning.

Haley's was great from calling to set up an appointment to have locksmith look at the lock to having them replace the lock. (They had to order the parts). Everyone involved, especially the locksmith were very nice and professional. They called to let me know the locksmith was running late on another customer appointment and he called to let me know he was on his way.

I had new locks installed in several doors in a house. Haley's sent someone out to remove the old locks, drill new holes in the doors, and then install the newly keyed locks. The service man who came was very professional and very friendly. He arrived on time and was ready to get started. He worked quickly and went over the work with me at the end to ensure I was satisfied (which I was). The only problem I had with Haley's was that the price I was quoted was less than my actual bill. I was quoted $200 and the final bill was $250. I'm not sure why this was, because the man I talked to in the store wrote down all the work I had wanted done. Next time, I'd ask for a binding quote, but I would use Haley's again.

Outstanding customer service

These are the most professional people I have every had do work for me. They arrived on time, they were very courteous and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs any lock work done. They did exactly what they said they would do and there were no hidden costs. They cleaned up their work area when they were finished.

Terrible. I called on 8/6 They promised to have pricing for me by Monday 8/12 but did not. I called 8/12 and was told the owner was still on vacation and would be back 8/13 I called 8/16 and was told that they declined to bid - I had held off on placing my order with another vendor until they responded to me - now I don't have doors on order - thanks Rick Oliver!!! I wrote an email to summarize my disappointment to them and they responded by blaming me for not completing a credit application - #1 I never received a credit application #2 I would gladly pay cash up front I would never recommend doing business with these buffoons - buyer beware. I was angry enough with my treatment to pay for a membership to Angie's list!
