Gutter Covers of Indiana

Two hours later, I was leaving the house and noticed a strange car parked in from of my house. I was ready to call the police when the guy opens the window asking are you Marco, I'm from gutters of Indiana and was in the neighborhood and stopped by to take some measurements. And then the guy asked whether we were interested in gutter covers, trying to sell us extra stuff. We said that we were not interested. The next day I got the email below: ""hello Marco, Thank you again for your business. Adam Cochran stopped by your home on Friday 11/15 to confirm the size of the ladders we will need to bring to accomplish the cleaning job and to measure the number of linear feet of gutter on your home. We are willing to try to complete your request of cleaning your gutter system yet this Fall depending on the weather, but will need to confirm you are willing to invest more for the additional footage beyond 100 feet. When we measured your home the footage was a total of 266 not including the detached garage. We add a little more for the 2 story work as well due to the additional time it takes to climb up and down and re-position the ladder every few feet. The additional beyond the $100 discounted Angie's List deal for the cleaning would be $225 (not including the detached garage. Please let me know if you would like us to proceed. Best Regards, Gerry Murray Thanks, Gutter Covers of Indiana."" So based on the aforementioned we decided to cancel this job and wont deal with this company again. Since in the past we bought $100 deals from other companies and nothing justifies us paying over 3x more to do this simple job. Additionally, I didnt like the way this people do business, showing up announced/stalking my home and trying to get additional services we didnt request. I would appreciate a quick refund/resolution, so I can hire a different company to complete this job. Thank you! Marco

We decided to wait to do this work. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice, answered all my questions, and was very helpful.

In addition to replacing my gutter they checked all my other gutters and did a guick fix on a small problem area. I was very satisfied with their work and would use them again.

They did a fantastic job. Cleaned the gutters prior to installing the gutter guards. There were a few guards that didn't line up, but Gerry didn't have a problem coming back and getting it fixed right. The gutter guards look great.

These guys were great too. I was very pleased with them. They do excellent work and they come right away, quick response. They're very professional too and I appreciate that.

The gentleman did show up on time, was friendly and professional, and did a great job with the repairs. It did take a while for him to complete the job, but that was only because he was so busy with other customers after the harsh winter.

It went pretty well. They did a good job, it just took them a long time to do it, we waited weeks for them to come.

After my initial message to Gutter Covers of Indiana for an estimate, Gerry responded within minutes. He came out a few days later to go over the process, different materials and types of covers, and was very knowledgeable about all the products. He was also honest about which worked best, looked best, etc., which I appreciated. The crew came out two weeks later and had everything done before I got home from work. I would recommend Gutter Covers of Indiana to anyone who needs gutter cleaning or gutter covers!

Everything went fine. They did a cleanout for me. It only took one day.

After several delays due to weather, the work was begun and completed in one afternoon. I'm pleased with the quality of the material and workmanship and would use this Company in the future

I really appreciated their perseverance as the bad winter delayed the job. They did a very nice job and we were very pleased with them. We would definitely use them again. The quote they gave me for the additional work actually ended up being less than the original quote and I feel we got a good price. They were always very courteous and they arrived promptly.

It was great. They were very prompt. They cleaned everything up very well. They did add on extra work that I paid for.

The product has been very good and I have not had to clean any gutters since they were installed and we have a lawn full of trees. They came when they said they would and they completed the work. I have recommended them to several neighbors since having the service done.

Professional and helpful.

This has been a nasty winter season and getting a day set for gutter cleaning when the weather was warm enough, no snow or ice, and the route from Indy to Lafayette was clear to travel was difficult and took several iterations. Gerry (Gutter Covers) and I exchanged several phone calls to touch-base about schedules, given the winter nastiness. Sometimes I initiated the call, sometimes he did. Always cordial, especially in light of how we both wanted the work to be done safely, given weather conditions. He was willing to answer my questions about gutters/drainage, in general and specifics about what they could do for us. After the work was complete, he called to follow-up to see if there were any questions or concerns. Though I am not necessarily interested in gutter covers at this time, I will likely use them again for gutter cleaning.

He did not show on either date he gave me and did not call.

Promise to complete the job before Thanksgiving. Spoke with Jerry multiple time via phone. He is nice, however, unable to keep his promise. He stated he is busy.

After a few phone calls, Gerry Murray stopped by to look at the gutter which needs fixing. While the Big Deal would cover gutter replacement and installation, Gerry wanted an additional $200 to remove and reinstall the existing gutter cover and to replace one 12-inch section. I felt this was excessive for this additional work. He refused to do it for less. He also could not match the color well enough from his suppliers and would want an additional $100 to paint the gutter. The total would have been approximately $400 if I used them, so he suggested I ask for a refund.

Yes we would use them in the future. May have them reploace the remaining roof gutters for the house.

I paid for the service and have not had any of the work done.

How it went is what I described above.

This went fine. I had them out to look at the gutters. They did additional work for me, which cost me more. They let me know about this before. Scheduling was not easy, but once they got here, it was an excellent service. I had a total of 90 feet covered. The cover they use s their own product.

I am happy to say they have weathered all the rain we received this weekend. All appears to be in good shape.

They were very responsive and punctual for the appointment. The price is very competitive and will be having them come to do the work in the near future! Overall, the experience has been very good! I really appreciated how they came out and explained everything to me! I look forward to doing work with them!
