Gutter Covers of Indiana

All went well. Nobody was home during the installation. The only downside is that since the covers are not visible from the ground I cannot determine whether hey have actually been installed everywhere where we asked them to. I do trust they are there, though, and have no reason to doubt that any are missing.

I purchased a deal on Angie's List to have our gutters cleaned. Everything went well. Communication was good and we knew when to expect them. We used this company again later in the month for a minor gutter repair. I would use them again. Thanks!

They worked with me, and very patient and did good work, I was very pleased with them. They let me make payments. They explained everything to me.

Went fine. We signed a contract and they showed up at their convenience as we agreed (I wasn't in an awful hurry) and they kept me apprised when there was a delay with receiving the materials.

I purchased this Special Deal - my son just moved into a house in Lafayette and the gutters were very clogged with leaves. I didn't want him climbing a 30 foot ladder, so when this deal came up, I jumped on it. Adam's communication is superior and we made arrangements for the cleaning - my son is very appreciative and so am I....

They were incredibly expensive. It may be an okay price. We thought it was expensive.

Professional and great results. It was a little challenging scheduling the repair only because we hit the busy season. Would highly recommend them.

Great company to work with. Once we touched base, the process was smooth. Angie's List provided the Gutter Covers of Indiana my contact information as it was not in my profile. This had led to a few days delay in their contacting me. This was not their fault. The gentleman performing the work, was efficient, informative and very professional. I would most definitely use their services in the future.

I purchased this service as one of the Angie's List deals. My gutters were clogged with leaves and other debris and needed to be cleaned. Gerry sent me an e-mail shortly after I paid for the service and told me due to the heavy rains he could not confirm a service date. The technician did show up on a Saturday a couple of weeks later and completed the work. He was professional and did a great job. I told him I don't go up that high on a ladder so his work was worth every penny.

They did a great job. They installed a mesh type cover on all my gutters. They actually used two different types of mesh since I get get pine needles in one section of my gutters. They offer a variety of covers and looked at my situation to see which product would be the best for me. The installation took about 3 hours and the covers are barely noticeable. Everyone was very easy to work with.

Contractor did the work when I was not present, but it looked good and no problems surfaced later. The only complaint I had was that the contractor tried to sell gutter guards before doing the work.

They were wonderful! The owner is a good Christian man. He is sincere and honest to the core. The workman is the type that you would like to sit around the kitchen table with. They are so professional and they know how to handle their work.

I was really impressed, they gave many different choices in choosing gutter covers, i never felt pressured. They also followed back through to make sure everything was going well.

Issue one: Angies List overcharging $25 dollars. I had to call twice to get this fixed. This is the second time this has happened. The invoice online said $100 but my bank had it as $125 so if I didn't review my bank statement I would of never caught this error. Issue two: The issue with Gutter Covers of Indiana they didn't leave an invoice and didn't call to say they did the work. Also I was happy to give them a referral, but was IRKED that my gutters were clean after they cleaned the referral gutters. (?)

Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. They did great work and no more drips or gushing over gutters!

It took awhile to get scheduled but part of that is due to the squirrely Angies List Mailing system

On 4/8/15 we had Adam come to our home to measure and receive a price quote for removal of existing gutters to be replaced with new 6" gutters, Adam was very professional, I made a decision to move forward at the time of visit with the understanding that the work would be a one day job completed no later than 4/17/15. Unfortunately that did not happen due to a email I received on 4/16/15 letting me know that the install would take place 4/17 or 4/18 with the understanding that it would still be a one day job. Contractors arrived on 4/18 to start the project, after 3 hours I was informed they did not have all the materials to complete the job and the majority of the day was watching the installation team do nothing. Eventually the materials arrived but I was informed they did not have enough materials to complete the job and would have to come back the next day to finish. I was extremely upset and called the owner Gerry, he have extremely responsive and apologized (keep in mind this was a Saturday and I was impressed with the communication) and assured they would complete the work on Monday. Monday was a bad weather day due to gusty winds so the installation resumed Tuesday with the work completed. The end result is the quality of the work when finished is excellent and I am very pleased. The job did not go as originally as planned, the end result was quality work for a fair price. The communication during the delays was top notch (I am not the easiest person to deal with when deadlines are not met) and I would most certainly refer friends and family to conduct business with Gutter Covers of Indianapolis.

They worked quickly and got everything reattached.

They came out on Saturday and installed about 60 feet of gutters. I had purchased a Big Deal for $299 for 50 feet of gutters. I also needed a down spout and 10 more feet of gutter installed. They did an excellent job and it matches the gutters on the rest of the house perfectly. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs gutters.

Communication for the appointment was a bit hit-or-miss in the beginning, but once we set a date, everything went smoothly. I asked the gutter technician to keep an eye out for anything weird with our gutters or roof, and he found a depression in our roof near the gutter. I very much appreciated him telling me about it. He promised to email me pictures of the depression, but that has never happened. It would be very helpful to have the pictures as I cannot easily see the depression myself.

I had a great experience with Gutter Covers of Indiana. My gutters got clogged, overflowed, and my basement flooded terribly. It was a disaster. After getting the mess cleaned up, I called Gerry of Gutter Covers of Indiana and asked him what my options. He responded to my inquiry right away. I hate it when I contact someone and they never respond. He scheduled an appointment to come look at my house quickly, showed up on time, and had a lot of recommendations for me. He walked me through all the different options, but didn't push the most expensive ones. It was clear he wanted me to find a solution that worked within my budget. When it came time to install, the crew arrived on time and ready to go. It took two days to install the new gutters and the gutter covers, but since then, I never have to worry about overflowing gutters or basement flooding. If I wake up and it's raining, I don't run to the basement anymore. I just go back to sleep. It's a great relief to know that this problem is solved for good.
