We are thrilled and very pleased with our new gutters and especially the covers. We have not had a gutter overflow since they were installed. Prior to that almost every rain in the spring and fall we either had to clean the gutters before, or worse during the storm. Often when they were plugged, water in the basement but no more! We were also very pleased with the sales service and probably more importantly, the installation. We have several gardens beneath our gutters and the installers were extremely careful and respectful of all of our gardens. Could not have bee happier with the installation and all in all very happy and satisfied with our experience all around. We would have use them for any gutter issue and also tell everyone else who needed gutters and covers to use them.

Both the representative and installer was very professional. After a few months one of the corners leaked, the installer returned and fixed the problem.

A representative promptly returned our phone call request and came out and gave us an estimate. Work was scheduled for 2 weeks later. Installation only took 1 day with a crew of two. The workmen cleaned up all the debris that they removed from the gutters, as well as any small pieces of gutter cap. The new cap system looks great and gives a very nice clean line to where the roof and gutters meet. We went with the Gutter Cap Stone Coat option and are very pleased with the look. We just had a heavy rain and the new gutter cap handled the volume of water very nicely. We would highly recommend Gutter Covers of Indiana as a distributor of Gutter Cap products.

Service was prompt and efficient. Old gutters were removed and new gutters installed same day. Exceeded our expectations... would recommend in a heartbeat to friends and business associates.

It went alright. They actually did it when I wasn't here, so I have nothing much to say other than they didn't leave a mess. The price is good. He was out here right away. They were more than punctual because I didn't even know they were going to do it. They were very good.

I paid 5,500$ for the gutters and I believe I got a good price based on other estimates. When they came out for the estimate, they arrived right on time and provided me with several samples. He was able to work with me and find a great solution for my budget. Phil is the guy who comes to take care of the cleanings. He had given me his cell phone the first year I had the work done. When I called, he responded immediately and he sent two people for the work. They come out immediately and do a great job! If I were to change to covered gutters on the other portion of the house, I would defiantly hire them for the work.

All work was quoted on one visit, an installation date was set and met, work was completed in one day neatly and completely

Mr. Murry 's demeanor was personable and friendly. He answered questions clearly and took the time to show the assorted covers in an unbaised mannor. I did not feel pressured and liked being able to see the samples first hand. I thought the estimates he gave were reasonable. My first scheduled date for installation was June 11 but due to a miss communication it was changed to June 15th. Although because of previous commitments I was unable to view the installation the covers look great. And, I was delighted to find that the installers were kind enough to clear the two valleys in my roof from the accumulated piles of maple seeds. Clearly they went above and beyon their resposibilities.Over all Gerry's nice personality, the ability to choose from a variety of covers, and having the work completed well and in such a short time made the experience a good one.

They installed the covers after only giving us an estimate. They were very rude with us when we brought this to their attention. These people are crooks. Beware.

When the estimator came out he was extremely knowledgeable about gutters and what works and what doesn't, but he did some across as somewhat rude. He seemed irritated that I didn't want to go with his estimate that day.

Gerry Murray kept estimate appointment as scheduled. He was thorough in his appraisal of our situation. made a presentation of the various systems and their pros/cons. Made helpful suggestions. Was not "pushy" allowing us to make our own decision. Installation crew were prompt in their arrival. Explained what they would be doing and answered questions. Cleaned and hauled away We are satisfied and would recommend this company for consideration by anyone needing this service.

the whole process went very well. It took about three weeks to receive a quote to install. I was a little delayed due to being out of town. One minor quote change but they made it right with an adjustment.

I became tired of having to clean my gutters in the spring and fall and since my home is now 20 yrs old, I decided to look into replacing the gutters and installing guards. I contacted 3 gutter companies that I found on Angie's List and set up appointments with each. I eventually went with Gutter Covers of Indiana because of the products they offered, the price, and the professionalism of their sales rep, Gerry Murray. While gutters are pretty much standard, either 5" or 6", I learned that there are a lot of different types of gutter covers. Two of the companies only carried one product; so there was only the one choice. Gutter Covers offers 6 different types and Gerry was very good about telling me the advantages of each. The other two companies were also more expensive than Gutter Covers. Eventually I went with a 6"gutter and a tiny hole cover. They also replaced the downspouts. Because my house isn't very large, the work was done in approximately 5 hrs and the installers were very good at what they did. I have to commend them for working so hard in the very hot weather we've had. Although we haven't had much rain to really test them out, so far the gutters seem to be working fine. I'll be able to tell more this fall when the leaves start coming down. All in all, it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend Gutter Covers of Indiana to anyone.

They came out and gave us an estimate, they were very polite. When they came to do the job, they were on time, did a great job, we would recommend them to anyone.

My gutters were installed 4 yrs ago by this Co. Tri-Level with the upper level having gutter covers and the lower just new gutters at that time. I called to have the gutters cleaned and the covers inspected. My 'phone message got lost in cyberspace. I sent a request thru Angie's List and received an immediate response from "Phil". He apologized and said the problem would be taken care of immediately at no charge to me. Within an hour a truck with identification (very important) pulled up and two gentlemen got out. They introduced themselves and explained what they were here for. Very professional. Worked hard and fast. Left no mess. I had a million maple seeds in my gutters. They showed me a piece that could be added to my gutters to prevent this problem. Although I am on a very limited income I am going to investigate the cost of this. Otherwise I will call them in the Fall to clean my gutters again. You can't get better customer service than this.
