+ -1 moreI spoke with Ian to hear about their services and during this conversation we arranged for him to come out to visit our home to begin working on a landscaping plan. The appointment was scheduled for Tuesday Feb 28th at 11am and both my wife and I took off work to be home to meet with him. When he did not arrive, I called at 11:15 and then again at 11:45 to inquire and left a message both times without response. It is now a week later and I have still not heard anything from Greenvision about the no-show for our scheduled appointment or a response to my voice messages. I don't know if GreenVision has gone out of business or what, but it is clear from my experience that they do not value customer service. I would highly recommend AVOIDING GreenVision for landscaping services.
Description of Work: We contacted GreenVision to develop a plan for landscaping our new home and ultimately to have them perform the installation. I spoke with Ian on the phone and scheduled an appointment.
