Gibbs Heating and Cooling

Gibbs replace our furnace and AC a year ago. Job went great. I needed our hot water heater replaced and thought of Gibbs first. I called. Jeremy and one of his team came out and replaced the hot water heater. What I was really impressed with is they used towels and wiped down the pipes, the hot water heater, and wiped the floor. Looks better than it did before. Very professional and reasonable. I recommend and will use again.

This is what they text me.I had a 9:30 AM October 30 2020 appointment. My apologies we are running substantially behind we had a service call it took way longer than expected and was in the basement I didn’t have cell service my apologies again we will call on route if you happen to still have time this morning. I said No problem That was 9:51. At 12:51 I text Are you going to make it today.. No response. Saturday 8:44 am I text again Let me know if you still plan on coming this is what my furnace is. Still has the original Control valve. I know I not a heating man but from YouTube it seems that’s what the problem is This is the original one but I think it’s a little expensive. You can still help me let me know it’s starting to get a little cold. The person I talked to was Jeremy . . Thank goodness the nights were warmer and I have a little 10 inch heater for my bedroom . I called Yoder heating and cooling and they were there within 15 minutes of when I called at 8pm. I guess Gibbs didn’t need my $550. I’m handicapped and I was glad to pay them. I guess a business can pick and choose what customers they want .

My original referral from AL was another contractor, who recommended replacing the entire controller circuit board. Gibbs simply turned it on and was able to get it running, saving substantial money. They will be the first place I call going forward!!

Very well, house heats much more evenly. It required a couple of followup adjustments which Jeremy was great at coming out to do. . Can't say enough good things on what a great person Jeremy is , and how customer oriented he and his team is. Would hire them again

It went great. Jeremy is very professional. He has a lot of experience and knowledge. He came to service the AC and pointed out some other problems that needed fixed. I appreciate that he took the time to take care of those extra problems. He was dressed appropriately. I felt conformable with him in the house. Hes a great guy all the way around. I would recommend Gibbs Heating & Cooling 100%.
