Description of Work: After my previous experience, which was extremely negative, they contacted me and rectified the situation. They re-sprayed for wasps.

Description of Work: I bought this service in May when I discovered a wasp's nest under some siding that needed work on the second story of my house. The first service person came to my home and said he needed a ladder, which he did not bring with him, to remove the nest, which ended up being inactive, and said it was too windy to do the spray service. The second gentleman showed up approximately a week later and explained to me the service, but it was once again too windy to perform the service. He came out a second time to remove the nest and could not spray. It wasn't until his third visit to my home, when I was in a rush to leave for an appointment, that he said he would spray for the wasps. A day that, in my opinion, was much more windy than any of the previous days and rain was expected later. I had to leave, but he told me that his work was guaranteed for thirty days, which is much shorter than the guarantee on the contract provided me when I paid for the service on Angie's List. My receipt explicitly guarantees the work until the "first frost". Two weeks later, I noticed wasps around the house. I watched them until I found out where they were nesting. I called Cochnower and explained the problem. The receptionist was happy to send someone out, but she made certain that I was still within the warranty period first. The same gentleman came out that very day and I pointed out where I saw the wasps enter and exit. Though I wasn't watching him, he said he covered those areas and he left. Within a week, I not only saw wasps in the exact same place he had supposedly sprayed, but in other areas. I never called back because I do not think their service works and calling them would just infuriate me because it would be a reminder of how I wasted $225 of my hard-earned money paying for a service that did absolutely nothing. It did not prevent wasps, nor kill the ones I already had. For that, I literally say, "Thanks for nothing, Cochnower!"

Description of Work: Technician evaluated the indoor and outdoor areas including garage for pest infestation and control. I had been having a cricket and spider problem. He explained everything very well, sprayed inside and outside, placed glue traps, and was very helpful and informative.

Description of Work: We have a heavily wooded lot. In the fall it becomes a real spider farm. They sprayed the exterior of the house and around to keep the spiders from moving indoors. We haven’t seen a spider since they have sprayed. We have used them before on our children’s property.

Description of Work: We discovered a hornet's nest in our backyard on the afternoon of Friday July 3. Cochnower's was one of the only pest control companies in town we could reach. They came over immediately. However, the tech had no protective gear, and said the nest was too active to remove. He agreed to return that evening to remove it, when the nest would be less active. We agreed to that. We got back from dinner that evening, and there was a note saying that the nest was still too active to remove, and they would be back Monday morning. Monday morning????? We are supposed to live with this nest in our backyard all weekend. Thankfully we found another company, Indiana Pest Control, that came Saturday morning and removed the nest. They even called us Sunday to check to see if the nest was not dormant.
