+ -1 moreThey were here within an hour of contacting them thru Angi.com. Our heat went out the day before the Dec 22-23, 2022 subzero winter storm. Another company came out on Day 1 & had to order a part. We were still waiting on Day 6 (the Monday after Christmas) & that company was closed. E&M fixed the problem quickly AND even went up on the roof to clear the snow out of the flue. We are so thankful to have heat and will be contacting E&M, again, if we have problems with our HVAC! Thank you for making my family warm, again!

He did great at explaining everything that was going on and did his best to make sure the job got done correctly and efficiently. We got a new heat pump and all the extra stuff that comes with it. Would give 10 stars if I could!
