DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. I have had to take him to small claims court twice. He took the money that was used to purchase the materials and used it for something else. He isn't reliable and will not return your phone calls. Work was never completed and he used the money I gave him for purchase of materials for his own private use. I requested a patio with a covered roof to be installed in September of 2011. I'm still waiting on him to do the roof over the patio. It has been 14 months now and he keeps saying he will have the materials delivered but never does. I have had to take Donnie Sturgill D&S Construction to small claims court twice, and now I've had to turn the account over for collection through an attorney. Both times in small claims court he was ordered to pay back the money he took and used privately rather than for the purchase of materials for my job. Both times he ignored the order, so I've had to hire an attorney to take him back to court to recover funds.
