Custom Cuts arrived on time and started the project by removing an existing deck. After preparing the patio area they started installing the pavers. They laid the wrong pattern and as a result they ran out of the correct stone sizes. They then tore out what they started and laid a different pattern. Still not the original pattern the project called far. They again ran out of stone and we had to wait for more to be ordered and shipped in. After several days delay they finished laying the patio and left. That is when I discovered they had made the patio four feet smaller than specified! More stone had to be ordered. After several days delay they came back and added the additional square footage to the project. After just over one month they finally finished the patio and left. After a few days we started using the steps for the patio only to find that several of the stones for the steps were coming loose. They came back and fixed the steps. More step stones came loose; they came back and fixed them again (17 loose stones). After giving the steps several days to dry the stones still came loose. I finally fixed the next set of 6 loose stones myself. After just over a month of frustration with our yard a mess, we finally had our patio.
