Installed the window in a days time. A few bumps during installed but they did the right thing and corrected it without issue. I’d hire them again!

This company is pretty good at what they do.

The system looked good when they finished but at the first heavy rain some months after the project they had no reason that the system failed and were not interested in doing anything about it other than that we spend more money and add more system. Owner is the one who came and was not helpful . He really had an attitude. The drainage system and sump pump did not work. I would advise you not to use this company.

I called them in a panic on a Sunday. They called back by 7:30 a.m. on Monday and sent someone out that same day. We decided on a plan, and they repaired it with in 2 weeks. I have a lifetime warranty that stays with the address. I case I ever want to sell the house. Very professional. I plan to use them again for a crawl space.

Very happy with the egress window that was installed in our basement. The company was very attentive to open communication and our needs as customers. The contractors kept me informed and ask for my approval/concerns throughout the project. Work was completed in a timely manner. The work site was kept as neat and organized as possible when digging down several feet into the ground and cutting out a concrete slab from a basement wall. Crossroads Foundation Repair is professional, friendly, and detailed in their work.

Great price for the work, had some concrete slabs of a 38 year old multi-slab patio leveled. very happy with the results to remove trip hazards and return proper slop for rain runoff. Hope that i wont need them again but will use them if I do and would recommend to anyone.

They did an excellent job

Crossroads was very professional from the office, the project manager, to the laborers. They were timely, clean, and accomodating. I did not like the outside electrician they contracted to install a new outlet, so hire your own. Other than that, I recommend them.

The work crew was awesome. Some changes were made mid-stream and they handled it very well. They were mindful of leaving the place as close to the way they found it as possible. Had a little blurb in the estimating but wasn't over the top. I feel for the amount of work needed to be done I got a great price.

I made an excellent choice going with Crossroads. They were professional, knowledgeable and Reasonable. Even though I liked the other companies, they were capable and reasonable. They also offer financing. Thank you Crossroads Foundation! I highly recommend them.

These guys are wonderful. They even answered some questions unrelated to the work I hired them for. I totally recommend them for your concrete/masonry needs. I hired them to do some tuck pointing and mold removal on my rental property. They did an amazing job, the guys were courteous and respectful, and the price definitely made me happy!

I had the apron of my driveway and five sections of sidewalk replaced. They tore out the old concrete and cleaned all the debris and did a very nice job replacing all the concrete. They put back the sod that was removed and left the area looking very good. They communicated with me during the job to let me know what was being done. I would recommend them.

The work team arrived on time and carried out their work efficiently. Oscar, the team leader, explained what they were doing. I was very pleased.

Repair work was done and overall results are great

My project involved was to solve a bowing foundation wall, and to stabilize 40â of a dirt wall. It took 9 yards of concrete that had to be hauled mostly by hand. I couldnâ t get anyone from Ft. Wayne which is 40 minutes away to come. live 2 1/2 hours from their office, and the â Three Amigosâ as I called them came every day and worked hard all day long. They were very friendly, and professional. Their work was top notch, and the finished product was much better than I had imagined. Clean up was great. I would recommend them to anyone.
