Representative came to my elderly sister?s homeexamine water problems in her basement. He gave her a detailed written plan and an estimate of around $2000.00. When the two workers arrived, they made a trip to buy what probably was liquid rubber. The workers were there for about two hours. The work described on the written estimate was not done. The only thing that was done was applying some black stuff here and there on the walls. A $600.00 deposit had been made. My sister called to question why she was expected to pay the outstanding amount, and she was given some silly reason like the workers needed to be paid for the day. After examining the estimate and the proposed work that was to have been done, I determined that that extensive work was not done, and paying the balance was out of the question. I called the company to complain. My sister received a f/u phone call indicating that she needed to pay the balance. There was even a threat to take legal action. After another call from the company, she finally agreed to pay an additional $200.00. So, slapping some liquid rubber on the wall and not fulfilling the documented work plan cost 800.00. Why write an extensive proposal, not do the job, and still expect the total payments?

From initial contact, with Brody, to finish of the repair with Ricardo and his helper was great. Brody had the same idea for the repair as the engineer which gave me confidence. All contacts with the company were professional and helpful, and the cost of the repair was reasonable.

The men were vry nice and easy to have around. Some of the areas of concern were not treated. There were two men involved, and the man who estimated the job included all that I needed. The other nice man who did the work said it was not possible to raise the lowest part because it was already level, even though 1/2 lower than the adjacent slab. That part had been raised a few years ago and had settled again. So we didn't agree on the work to do. Later the boss disagreed with me for asking for a lower price than the original job. Also, be sure to specify that all areas of outside concrete need to drain to the adjacent yard.

Sidewalk leveling.. Good price, great work. Found an un-quoted issue that needed addressing and he quoted and fixed it all at the same time.

Very attentive. They installed drain tile, sump pumps, and vapor barrier in my crawl space. Brought a couple of yards of stone thru my house and into the crawl. Very neat, no mess. They put down tarps thru my house and cleaned up every day. I would highly recommend them

I am not at all happy with their communication skills. Instead of them calling me and telling me about what is going on I had to call them. I was told the project would be finished by June 10th. Well, here we are June 25th, and the job still isnâ t complete. And I am not calling them to remind them of that anymore. If they cannot do the work, then they should not have taken the project.

Jacob did a great job in miserable conditions. Sidewalk is now perfectly level and rerouted drain has made a big difference.

We hired Crossroads Foundation Repair to fix our house that had settled over time. They came out and looked and everything and made a game plan to address the multiple hills and valleys in our home. When the time came, they installed several I beams in an attempt to correct the settling. After the work was finished, I inspected the area to find that nothing had changed. I contacted Crossroads and told them that we still had the problems in our hallway and that the I beams had not corrected the problem. They told us they would come back and look at the hallways. When they came back, they said they would like to come back a second time with more folks to determine a game plan to fix the problem. Once everyone was here, they told me there was virtually nothing they could do to fix the hallways and that ?if it was their house, they wouldn?t worry about it? I?m incredibly frustrated. If the problem was not able to be fixed I would have liked to have known that before we spent 4K with them. They keep telling me that the I beams made the room?s structurally sound, however, that is not what we had discussed. We discussed raising the floors to reduce the hills and valleys and that simply did not happen. I 110% believe they are saying they made the room ?structurally sound? so that they can somehow justify charging us money for I beams that didn?t need to be there (this was confirmed by other contractors we hired). I?m very disappointed and out a lot of money. I do not recommend.

This was my first encounter with Crossroads and we are very pleased with the exceptional work results. Kyle came out and gave us an estimate and sent a contract and explanation of work to be done. Miguel and Eric the crew members on our project were very professional and hard working, and did a great job. They left every thing immaculate when they were done. Job completed in two days Miguel and Eric answered all my questions they are very kind and friendly. When I called in to the office with some questions everyone on staff is friendly and informative. ****Job well done and at a reasonable price.*****

My wife and I recently had some major work done to shore up our foundation and repair our basement walls. The Crossroads crew performed **exceptional** work! Huge thanks to Miguel and Eric. These guys are friendly, professional, and really know their stuff. We were extremely impressed with how hard Eric and Miguel worked, and the quality of the work was amazing. Thanks, guys!! We live in an old house (built in the 1930s I think) and the basement walls were showing their age. We also had some water issues during heavy rains. Crossroads trenched the basement, secured the walls with wall anchors, added a sump pump, and also added helical piers around the outside of the house to support areas of the foundation that were sinking. Miguel and Eric performed some truly Herculean efforts in doing all this work - and they did a damn fine job. We were extremely impressed with their work ethic, and the top-notch quality of their work. In addition, this work was done at a fraction of the cost (literally a fraction) that had been quoted to us by other companies. I highly recommend Crossroads Foundation Repair!

This was my first encounter with Crossroads for work performed on 11/9/2020 - 11/12/2020. Recardo and his associate was very professional, with communication with me throughout the project of encapsulation, de-humidification floor leveling, and "Turtle"(outside entry with cover into crawl space). I would highly recommend these two workers. PROMISES MADE BUT NOT KEPT: I was sold this project as "turnkey". This was not the case. 1. No electrician, as promised under contract, to run new electrical circuit for final termination of de-humidifier to residential code. Was told by installer to ask for $350 back so that I could hire electrician to put it in. It was terminated using a non-grounded extension cord with a triple tap for connection. An insurance peril created, no refund, no electrician hired by Crossroads. 2. Incorrect invoice #C18135-3 (Bid 5505) sent back not including all services, not correct amount or down payment and de-humidifer installation with electrician running termination circuit. It was marked as paid with the incorrect amount. 3. Was promised an air curtain (hanging material covering inside of crawl space) was not provided or installed. 4. Additional filters (12 paper & 2 Foam) to be provided for future monthly installations. These PROMISE MADE were by the owner Kyle at the time of his August 28, 2020 bid and Sale call at my home after his inspection of my crawl space. I accepted this proposal on the promises he made on his bid sheet. I was disappointed by the the de-humidifier (alleged electrician) installation and the other items listed above by the promises made by the owner, Kyle

This was my second business transaction with Crossroads foundation repair. I was equally pleased this year with adjustment work that they did. Fabian and Honorio did a beautiful job and I could immediately notice the impact of their hard work. They took their time and made certain that I was absolutely pleased before they left.
