They were very professional. It was a very small job, and they agreed to come over when they had free time and do the job. So I didn’t have an arranged time with them. They told me that when they would have free time on a specific day or afternoon, they would come over and do it. So they showed up and it worked out really well, and there were no problems. They had a pretty busy schedule and they could come only when they were available. So they fit me in. They cleaned up after themselves and everything was very clean. There were no problems.

The service from Coors Exteriors Inc went well. They are very clean, too. We didn't have to pick up any litter or trash when they were gone, which is nice. They show up. I think they are competitively priced to do the job. Our neighbors have asked us who did our solar tube, because it looks unusual!

I could not be happier with the service, quality of work and professionalism of everyone involved. Aaron was always responsive, as well as upfront and honest, whenever I contacted him with questions. Steve and his crew have to be the absolute happiest, hardest working crew in the world - always personable, smiling and often whistling (thanks Paul!). The job did go a few days past the original finish date, but one cannot control the weather and the guys worked hard to make up for the lost time without complaint. I have future plans for roofing my garage, replacing windows in the house and replacing siding on both structures and will certainly contract with Coors once again for these services.

Excellent work performed! All work was done in a timely and professional manner. Job site outside / inside was cleaned up each day and all debris was removed from site. Siding, fireplace and deck all look great and were each very professionally installed. Workers addressed all of my specifc concerns as they arose during the job - taking in stride all of the job modifciaitons/clarifications I brought up.

mr coors came by and explained in detail what they were going to do and why it was necessary. i was very impressed with his professionalism and the extent of the work. getting a new roof is risky, in my opinion, because you really don't know if a company does as they say. what kind of shortcuts will they take that may decrease the quality of their work? anyway, coors guarantee their work. the workers were punctual, very professional and picked up every last shred of garbage at the end of the project. his workers have been with him for a long time and are encouraged to take courses to advance their knowledge. definitely no fly-by-night. highly recommend!

The work was very professional. They are a little expensive compared to other estimates we had but the work was excellent. We had no major complaints. We were very pleased.

The work was scheduled at a time that suited our schedule and when Bart Coors was delayed at another location, he called to let us know exactly when he would arrive. He was within 30 minutes of the planned time and completed the chimney cleaning and clean up rapidly and efficiently. His pleasant manner and professional expertise will keep us coming back and recommending his company.

This was a difficult and somewhat dangerous job. It was important that all possibilities be covered, and Coors provided all the proper documentation. The job was done efficiently and exceptions were handled smoothly. There were no suprises! Clean up was exceptional.

Overall it went well, though it took 2 days longer than expected (one day they began and it started raining). Mr . Coors came by to check the roof and yard cleanup and was not pleased that the front porch and sidewalk were not swept. Before we had a chance to call him about the very same thing, he sent the workers back to clean it up. The front was spotless as was the back.

This was the first major contract job we have pursued and was initially overwhelmed with the cost estimate but after investigating found that it was very reasonable for the work requested. The Coors crew provided quality work and kept to a schedule stated at the beginning of the project. Job explanations were given when necessary, questions accepted as they came up without complaint, overall an extremely comforting experience with the level of financial commitment.

The job went well overall, although it took much longer than projected. The project manager, Paul, was always very accommodating and he served as my main point of contact throughout. It was not an easy job as he had to work during an extremely hot summer. The site was cleaned up daily. Although, I have to admit greater care could have been taken with the painting as the concrete flooring suffered from some paint splatter in several locations. I did need to stay on top of things, but I would have done the same thing with any contractor. Paul never seemed to get flustered or irritated with my many questions and comments. He was a pleasure to work with. I work in the service industry and my only disappointment, and it is especially troubling coming from such an established and reputable contractor, was that there was never any follow-up from ownership after the initial sale was made and I had signed on the dotted line. No phone call to find out how things were going at any time during the two-month project. No phone call following the completion of work to see if I was satisfied with how everything turned out. Luckily, as I already stated, I was generally pleased with the end result. Since Paul took care of everything I asked of him, I really did not have any reason to call ownership or complain about anything. Still, it would have been reassuring to know someone would have cared enough to contact me, even if for their own feedback. Other than that, I would have to say every promise made was kept and I look forward to enjoying my new sunroom.

The workers did a very good job. they were up on that roof in over 95* heat ,2 or 3 days in a row. I don't know how they stood it !!!!! The semi delivered almost all of the matreials about a week before the job started The appointed day all the fellas showed and started work right away. If anyone rememberes the 95* days and higer we had in june & july ......I'm here to tell you, the Coors team from Lafayette kept right on working,no matter how hot it got..................on a metal roof yet. I don't know how they stood it! All of them did a great job!!!

This was my first experience with a contractor in remodeling our old Bungalow. When Bart came to see what we wanted done and give us our quote, he was very friendly, personable, and was easy-going enough to explain away all my worries (which were many, I'm a picky person as you'll see in a minute and never having remodeled before I was nervous about the outcome). Our work date was set back about a week, which is understandable as other jobs run long/have complications. This waiting and also waiting for windows to come in were the only setbacks to the entire operation, which I find admirable. The entire crew was efficient and polite, they arrived early in the morning and often worked late especially when putting on the metal roof. They also cleaned up their work area daily, avoided the shrubbery, and put up with the dog racing around the backyard! When work was being done on the dormer, I changed my mind twice as to the placement of the windows. I appreciated that Coors gave good advice as to what would look the best, but when I had them move the windows they were very understanding and had the work completed quickly. And by quickly, I mean that I sent an email at 9 in the morning asking if it was a possibility, and they had Paul knocking on my door by 11 to get the windows adjusted (wow). They didn't even shoot me a dirty look when I asked the second time (this was all personal preference, not due to any mistake of the workmen)! I was hesitant ordering the metal roof as I was worried that it might not look right on a Bungalow (there is just so much roof to be seen), but once the roof was on I thought it looked great! Our main concern with it was the rain on the roof at night, but it's rained several times since we've had it put on and it's just as quiet as when our roof had the regular shingles on it. It looks just fine and will last forever (well... a very long time anyway). Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the quality of materials, workmanship, timeliness of the work, and end product. I would definitely use this company again for any roofing/remodeling needs, and I'd highly recommend the company. Great customer service.

The experience was great. We weren't sure what type of deck that we wanted and had no idea of the process. We called and Bart came over and we told him what we wanted. He took pictures and sketches of how big the deck that we wanted would be. He said that he would get back with us in about a week with the estimate. He also told us when they would start and when they would be done. They started around the second week of June and were finished with the entire project 3 weeks later. They started out removing the fiberglass pool in the yard. Then they filled in the hole with dirt and back fill. They had to remove a part of our chain link and fiberglass fence in order to get the dump truck in, but they did not damage the fences at all. There was a miscommunication with the landscaper they hired to do the back fill, so we lost a day there, but they made up the time later in the week. Within 3 days the pool was gone and filled in and the holes for the deck were dug. We had to wait for the city inspectors to come and inspect the holes, but that wasn't the fault of Coors (they had a "meeting" on the day we had it planned). Once the post holes were approved the deck quickly took shape. The deck itself was built very quickly and soon the roof was started. They had to take off part of our existing roof (the decorative "peak" shape), but that was no issue. They bought shingles and siding to match what was already on the house. One day Bart asked if I wanted ceiling fans on the deck...ceiling fans?!? Heck yeah! We hadn't really discussed it and I wasn't sure that was an option! We went and bought the fans and Coors put them in with no extra charge! They asked where/if we wanted electrical outlets and those were all included in the price as well. They built the gutter for the room so that it drains into the back yard and not right by the house or right by the deck, which is very nice. Once the deck was built I asked if they could do an addition to the original plans and that was no problem! I wanted a step built on the end of the deck ALL the way across because it seemed like it was too far to the ground and without any quibbles they agreed. We did pay for that addition to the original plan, but it wasn't a big deal and was a fair price. We also needed sod put in because we have four dogs and that was also no problem. It seemed at first that Bart was having trouble finding a landscaper that could do it, and finally they ended up "keeping it in the family" to get it done. Overall we were very impressed from start to finish. We came home very day for lunch and the workers were very friendly and courteous with us. Sometimes Bart was there and sometimes he wasn't, but he always kept us updated on any delays or with what was going on with the inspectors. I was VERY impressed with the Coors team at lunchtimes because we had to let our 4 dogs out to do their business. They were always willing to close up the fences and help us make the yard secure before the dogs came outside. They were friendly to the dogs (important to us! lol) and at the end of every day the yard was completely cleaned up. Nails that were on the ground were picked up, all their supplies were put off to the side, all trash removed, etc. One thing that really impressed me was at the end of one day when they were working on the floor of the deck. They had all the beams and supports for under the deck done, but the floor itself wasn't on yet. Well, the dogs couldn't come out the door with no floor on the deck! Before the team left for the day they built a temporary floor right outside our back door and they blocked off the rest of the deck for safety. This allowed us to let the dogs outside easily. This, along with blocking the holes in the fence everyday, was a huge help to us. Overall I highly recommend Coors Exteriors for whatever work you might want completed. The deck and roof look great. It's very professional and we are beyond happy with the results. Now we can sit out on our deck in the evenings and the dogs (and us) can go outside even if it's raining or snowing and not get wet!

I was very pleased with the experience. I had some ideas of what I wanted, but while discussing it with Bart Coors, he was able to alter some of my ideas to fit my needs. Some of what I had wanted would not correspond with present landscaping or structural needs. He was able to come up with a plan that worked perfectly for what we wanted. He would present options for us and let us determine whether or not we wished to incorporate it based on what we wanted to spend. The workers were friendly and were able to clean up as much as possible the area in which they were working...always making sure the area was safe. Bart was always accessible to any concerns we had during the building of the deck and after. He has been a source of information concerning how to properly care for the deck in the future. We have thoroughly enjoyed our deck!

We were in a rather unique situation when we contacted Coors. We had just been through a HUGE restoration process due to a roof that had NOT been installed properly. All this damage was happening in unseen places so it had gotten extensive by the time it was discovered. Although the roof was still under warranty, we chose to go with Coors instead of trusting our roof to the same MAJOR roofing company that we had previously used. When Bart Coors came to inspect the roof, he took pictures of the problem areas to show us ( Who goes up on the roof to see for themselves? I liked being able to SEE what he was talking about .) These problems had not even been identified by the previously mentioned roofing company, even though they had been all over that roof! Bart sat with us and helped us make an informed decision as to what product to select, colors, etc. I felt totally at ease with our decision to place our trust in Bart and his company. He presented his credentials, insurance, bonding, etc. and the warranty of the roof. We were not disappointed. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away daily. I would highly recommend Coors for roofing ( we also did a deck with him).

We had a very good experience. Storm damage left small hole in the roof. They came the same day, patched roof with a tarp. The next day they came and did a great repair of the roof. Thanks for taking all the stress out of this situation

The estimator was punctual and knowledgeable. The Coors people were careful to address our needs and work with us on the design and the additions to the original plan that we requested. The Coors construction team arrived on time, were dressed in a professional manner, and were always polite and courteous to us, our neighbors, and our visitors. They left the job site clean and orderly at the end of each day. Since the completion of our decks, we have continued to contract with Coors for several other projects and have been very satisfied with their workmanship on each of these. I would recommend Coors Exteriors without hesitation to anyone who is looking to have a deck constructed with care and professionalism.

The office staff called me immediately after receiving my voice mail message to let me know that an estimator would be in touch that day. I did receive a call later and made arrangements for an estimate the following week, with a promise to meet our 15 day deadline. The estimator called to let me know he was running an hour late and arrived an hour later. The estimate took less than 30 minutes with promised completion the following week. We agreed to begin the work at that time. The work was completed on time at just a bit more than the estimate. The installation of a dryer vent was completed to my satisfaction with hook-up and testing included and removal of old vent and material included. The installer agreed to return to make any changes required by the new dryer installer if all did not meet the expectations of the delivery people when the new dryer arrives.
