Description of Work: An estimate was given to take one full day to complete installing 3 deadbolt locks. The service person arrived promptly, and proceeded. The work was completed in less three hours with the service person spending time with another contractor on a drainage problem. The invoice was received for the total time, and then explained as the remaining hours were spent procuring the locks and rekeying the locks. In the end, I paid for the work as it was done well. If you contract with them, then you need to understand an hours estimate is the billing time, not an estimate.

Description of Work: Remove old deck and build a new one. Coors Exterior did a great job on our new deck, Bart helped us with our ideas and designed the perfect deck for us! The crew was courteous and hard working, they really did a nice job and finished by the promised date! I would recommend Coors to my family and friends.

+ 0 morePer recommendation from my neighbor, I left a message on their phone system to request an estimate to repair some minor wind damage to roof and soffit panels. We received a call back within two days from their office staff. They do not provide estimates for this type of service. Rather they wanted to schedule the repair with a minimum charge of $340. I declined as this was not how I'm accustomed to doing business. Also past experience suggested this type of repair costs much less than their minimum charge. Incidentally, I was able to get an estimate from another contractor who repaired it for $125. We are now awarding several more larger remodeling projects to the other contractor due to that positive experience. I'm going to write up a separate review for them.

+ -1 moreMy experience with them was okay. They were punctual. I wasn't really impressed with the quality of work. I would have checked a different type of window. I felt this way by the quality that they presented versus the quality after the windows were installed. Their customer service was pretty good. I would tell them what the problem was before using them in the future. They did the interior thing for me and I was very pleased which is why I called them back for the windows.
Description of Work: Coors Exteriors replaced the windows for me. I used them a month ago.

+ -1 moreBesides that when I first called they said both my husband & I had to be home for the estimate - a pet peeve of mine that companies do this when my husband doesn't have time to deal with this stuff, it was a good experience. In fact, my husband wasn't even home from work when Bryne came out but he never asked to talk to him either. It was a quick estimate - no long sales pitch thankfully. Bryne said other homes in our subdivision were having the same problem. We did ask that they call us the day before the work was going to be done but they never did. Luckily our dog wasn't outside when they came over. I wasn't home the entire time they were working but it only took a few hours and haven't had any leaking or dripping since it was installed. I'd definitely contact them if we ever need extensive exterior work done.
Description of Work: Our metal chimney cap had been sinking in the middle, causing leaking into the fireplace. Bryne Beck came out, told us the problem, and how they would fix it with a one piece custom fit cap.Turns out the middle was sinking because of the weight of the pipe due to the builder not installing it correctly. When the workers came out to fix it, we saw the old cap when they took it off and it was almost completely rusted through.
