+ 0 moreRon with Comfort Mechanical has taken care of three different issues for me to date. Ron has serviced, inspected and cleaned two furnaces and a hot water heater. Ron was punctual and arrived at all three appointments on time and communicated via text and email to confirm our appointments. He took time with me at each appointment to explain to me what he was doing which I sincerely appreciated because often times I feel like a technician shows up, does his job, hands you a bill and leaves so having Ron take some extra time to be sure I understood the process was wonderful. I felt comfortable with the suggestions that Ron made regarding some upgrades I need to consider in the future. Instead of just coming in and stating you need to upgrade to a high efficiency option he serviced the system I have and explained a few different options I would have that I can consider when I do decide to upgrade. I would highly recommend Ron Hatley with Comfort Mechanical to take care of any of your HVAC and air quality needs!
