Description of Work: I scheduled them twice to do some cleaning. The first time they said they had me down for a different date, so I rescheduled. I called in the am to confirm and they said they would be there at their appointed time. After an hour I called to find out where they were. They never answered and/or call back. Top date they still haven't called. I purchased a Deal Chicken deal and they have my money, so I guess they really don't care whether they do the job or not. I would not recommend even considering their services as I find they seem to have a scheme of getting paid without doing any of the work.

+ -1 moreLegos on the bathroom floor. I had to ask them to vacuum when they stated the job was complete; however my 8 year old cleans his room better than they did. They "finished" 30 min early and we had previously discussed some basic organizing if there was extra time as it is easy to deep clean my duplex in 4 hours. They did not ask if there was anything more to do, they quoted me a weekly cost, of a lil over the deal chicken price. They did state that most elders they clean for simply want dishes done, lunch made, and company... I didn't pay for company, I paid to have a very small duplex cleaned; not even deep cleaned... The dusting was all done with a feather duster which was not effective at all; since I was not watching in my sons room; NOTHING was dusted, the floor was vacuumed... That is all... Not even speaking of the wasted money, I was more disappointed as I have very little time that I wasted 2 hrs of my time.
Description of Work: I bought the deal chicken Groupon. I was only requesting basic cleaning off a small duplex 900 sq feet. I even prepared per-cleaned so that no time would be wasted on simply de-cluttering. One of the ladies seemed to be a hard worker; the other was HORRIBLE. They talked most of the time, not multitasking just talking. They didn't move a thing, simply tried to clean around it. I had to ask for them to sweep a dirty area of the floor that was totally avoided. Then one of the ladies pushed a broom over the area; still did not clean the area. The kitchen counters looked good; they always do; mopping was awful; I remopped when they left to find a more than considerable amount of dirt. The bathrooms were wiped down(again where there wasn't items on the counter) I even gave them a container, so if they found something in a room that didn't belong and they weren't sure where to place it to simply place in the container; nothing was in the container because nothing was moved. + -1 moreNot good at all. The two people were to work two and a half hours each for a total of five hours. Did not move thing's to dust, did not mop around base board's it was a total mess when they left it looked like they threw a bucket of water on the floor with out sweeping first. We had over 100 people coming on Saturday for a party and we had to have 4 people come in and completely redo the job on Friday a 4 PM. So buyer be ware of the deal chicken offer no wonder they are always on the deal chicken about every week.
Description of Work: They were to clean the house in full top to bottom.
