They were as always professional, on time, took very good care of the furniture they needed to move. They replaced any base boards that needed replacing. Their clean up practices were excellent, and I am very particular. They found a leak in our new refrigerator that we were not aware of and therefore all kitchen and laundry room flooring had to be replaced. We were very lucky to have found this when they did flooring was not part of the plan. But it was very extensive damage covered by company we purchased refrigerator from. Very thankful for their great service.

The installers arrived promptly and were very friendly. They went right to work and were finished quickly. The company worked within our timeline to get this project completed in a short time span.

Laid carpet in the living room and linoleum in the bath. The installers were professional and courteous. There was an issue, which when brought to their attention, was immediately rectified to our satisfaction. We've known Rich and Cathy for years and they have always treated us right.

Measurement and installation work went extremely quickly, we were very pleased with results. Installers provided remnants, and carpet was installed and finished quite well.

The carpet arrived on the day promised, and the installers were punctual, professional and very respectful of our home. The carpet had to be ordered. It came in a timely manner. Rich called to set up a time for the layer to come and look at the other flooring job. He had to remove a divider railing that dated the room. He called and looked at the job and set up a date to come and do the work. On the day of the job, Jeff was going to be a little late so he called to inform us and he and his two helpers came at that time. They were pleasant, got right to work, and removed the railing. It was more involved than we thought but the cost was the same and the job was well done. They then removed the old carpet and laid the new one. There is a one year guarantee on his work and he told us to besure and call him if we weren't happy with anything. The room looks great. We are very pleased. We own two homes and have carpet from Rich and Cathy in both. They ae reliable, local people who take pride in their products and service. I highly recommend them.

The salesperson (I forget his name - maybe Bob). Was very professional and very helpful. No hard sell, just helped me get informed and respected my choices. Installers were punctual, professional, pleasant. Will definitely choose them again when I need more carpet.

We consulted with three different companies and chose this company based on personal perception, online reviews, and comments from friends. The sales associate was knowledgeable and not pushy. The installers were on time and professional. The carpet was installed over a period of two days and looks great. We prepared the floors ourself so needed to know the order of installation but did not receive the promised call back with that information. There was also a delivery hiccup which meant our carpet may not have arrived and been able to be installed on the first day as planned. We were supposed to get confirmation but that call didnt come either, the installers just showed up. We were not home at the time because we didnt receive the confirmation call that the installation was on schedule. Luckily we were on our way home 5 minutes away. The rest of the day and second day of install went fine.

Carpet looks great and is exactly as expected. Cathy was great in the showroom and on the phone, and Bob, who came to measure was also great. Installation was fast (one day), but the installers had a couple issues. They did some damage to one of my walls (I had just patched and painted all the walls before the carpeting went in, so I know this had to be done by them, even though they didn't mention it to me). The wall now needs to be patched and painted yet again, as they put a deep gouge into it. Also, one of them used my bathroom upstairs to make a large deposit. He evidently ran out of toilet paper, and decided to use some paper towels I had in there instead. The toilet was clogged, and again, they did not tell me - they just closed the toilet lid and went on about their day. Cathy was extremely apologetic about this when I called her, and offered to reimburse my expenses. I appreciate the sentiment, but was very put off by this experience, and the lack of respect the installers showed for me and my home. I had to spend time that I had slated for other tasks correcting and recleaning. Unfortunately, I will not use them again, or recommend them. Hopefully they will correct their current personnel issues, and no one else will have to have an experience like mine.

The estimate quoted was accurate. All appointments in my home were on time. I had no trouble communicating with the personel involved with the job. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

From sale to installation, these folks were first rate. I am very happy with the quality and cost of the carpet we purchased here. Carpet removal and installation of new in about 2500 sq. feet of living space was completed expeditiously and the workmanship of the installers was excellent. I highly recommend this company. Buy here with confidence.

Prompt followup with request for onsite quote.We decided to move all furniture ourselves, and since it was not heavy, that was not a problem.Person doing estimate was experienced installer and was most helpful in sharing alternatives.Upon scheduling the work, I received a followup call to confirm the date and time of arrival.Guess what? The repair person, came on time, did excellent work and was personable.He even gave suggestions on how to prevent the carpet buckling issue.(The problem was a result of the original installation by another company, now bankrupt. We are lucky we had it fixed when we did. the carpet should last a number of years).The end result was quite satisfactory.

Replaced 15 year old carpet with Mohawk with Dupont stain resistance in living room, foyer, and two hallways. Chose a carpet with longer wear expectancy and crush resistance. Took approximately 4 wks to get carpet made and shipped from manufacturer. We removed & disposed of our old carpet ourselves so we could fix a few squeaky areas ( and saved a little bit of $). One day installation. Nice job installing and professional crew. The owner works the front desk and genuinely seems to care about his customers and quality of product/service. Carpet looks fantastic. Chose vendor do to quality of product and largely do to great first impression of owner. Plan to replace linoleum in kitchen within the next 2-3 years and plan to be a repeat customer of theirs. Would definitely recommend.
