Description of Work: Our fence was installed about 3 years ago. At first we were very pleased with the installation and looks of the fence. The installers did a very nice job which was completed in a timely manner. HOWEVER, after six months one gate was very difficult to open and close. Now the other gate is the same way. I have been calling Blues Fence for over TWO YEARS, asking them to come to my home to adjust or repair these gates. Last year I left a message and they never replied. Last month I finally got hold of JR, who promised to send someone to fix these gates, but "it would be a while since they're very busy." It hasn't happened. I'm through calling these people. Even though I love our fence, I would now recommend Blues Fence. Once they have your money they don't know you. I would not use them again.

Description of Work: Tore out the chain link fence around my backyard and replaced it with a six foot wooden privacy fence. The men were very professional and polite. They were very meticulous in their workmanship and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. The new fence is very sturdy and looks beautiful.

Description of Work: Date of service is approximate. They were wonderful in the beginning, came on site and began. Disappeared for weeks and would not return calls. After 3 weeks came again, did minimal work and dissapeared for another month. Again would not return calls. When work finally completed, received bill with very payment time or service fee added ( planning to pay in full anyway, but a joke after they were unresponsive). To top it off, they put the gate out to the yard on the wrong section and side of the fence!

Description of Work: Placed a chain link fence along back yard and from front of house to existing fence. Using one small entry gate in back and a double gate in front. This was for a rental. Looks awesome.

Description of Work: The general manager was out within a day of my call to give an estimate. They started three working days later. Showed up on time to put in the posts, minimal mess and they were professional. My only issue is that it was a week before they returned, they said that they could be back as soon as three days after they laid the posts. Overall I am very satisfied. Due to having dogs that needed the back yard, I wish they could have been back a few days sooner.
