Description of Work: This company replaced a very poor-grade exterior double French door with a very high-grade door. There team was professional overall with no foul language, smoking in the house, and with a decent demeanor. Plus, they showed up with all the right supplies and electric power tools for the job - not just with simple battery powered drills or saber saw. The areas where I hope the team improves are: 1) I had to have them remake the door pan twice to prevent future sub-floor damage. 2) The rough-sawn cedar wood work around the whole room and door is unfinished - their 10" wide 8'long replacement board had a very visible gap < than 1/4" right at where the ceiling and corner of the room meet. Their solution was for me was to just caulk it - this room is entirely unfinished cedar with no paint on the walls and their solution would not match the room's finish, so I made them replace their mistake. 3) Lastly, when both very heavy doors are opened they will begin to swing on their own again and will knock into furniture or wall - instead of staying where you placed them. I did not realize this was an issue until winter was over and I could open them both together. This swinging indicates that the door frame isn't truly plumb. Bottom line. this company can and will perform very good work - with the caveat that "YOU" must stay on top of their work and really inspect at all stages of the installation process.
